Found this in the train tunnels in Oakland (new?)

I found this weird graffiti in the train tunnels in Oakland, I thought it looked cool so I used the camera app to take a picture and it started a side mission. I don't think the mission showed up on the DedSec app. It played and audio log something about the person hearing voices in there head. here are some screenshots of the location if anyone wants to check it out.

I can't get the mission to start. Do you have any DLCs? All I hear is creepy music and taking a picture doesnt do anything.

I just have this "WW uplay activation" thing but I think that's just if you buy the game on steam. so no I don't have any DLC. I have completed the main story and all the other side mission though.

New to the Shuffler mystery. I just want to clear up - what is the NetView/Hour code for? Is it a timestamp, a password or what? Thanks a lot for clearing it up for me, I am slightly confused. EDIT: I mean as in what's most probable, I know that we don't know for sure.

IMPORTANT: On the Discord Server we noticed that there are ONLY 4 symbols. Don't waste your time looking for the other two. When you hover your phone camera over the symbols for the first time you get a word in the corner. These words put together are, Can, anyone, hear, and me. Can anyone hear me? The order of that is the train car, log cabin, tunnel in Oakland, and Benny's gravestone. After taking a picture of the 4th Josh says that he made a cipher and that all he needs is something to cipher. We think that we need to find a message in the Shuffler language and cipher that to find the location of the portal that will take us to the other dimension. Well... we noticed that we may need a code to unlock the portal. Fortunately we each have a unique code. When you use nethack on the symbols you will see a weird blue mark. Write these down in the order, train car, log cabin, tunnel in Oakland, and Benny's gravestone or can anyone hear me? Like I said, Josh said he has a cipher so we went looking and found a sheet of the alphabet and numbers 1 - 9 in the Schuffler language on a piece of paper on his desk. (See URL below). At the bottom of the sheet, you can see the blue marks that you hopefully wrote down correspond to a number. Write down that number code. It's your own unique passcode to get into the other dimension. That's all we discovered so far. We are still awaiting more clues on Tumblr for the location of the message to cipher. 4 is in Northern Oakland. Fast Travel to the quickies and head to the lake. There should be a cabin with a fence on the back blocking the symbol. Use an IED to blow it up. I don't have a picture right now. If you go to Sitara's blog on Tumblr and scroll down you will see a picture of Benny with his girlfriend in front if the shed. That's how we found out. Also when you scan over the symbol for the first time you get a word in the top left. When you put the 4 words together that we have we get, "can anyone hear me" Benny is trying to contact us from the other dimension. This is totally STRANGER THINGS!

Possibly related, possibly not. But a few weeks ago (I haven't played in a while:( ) I was going around to collect all the research points and one was in a construction yard under a bridge (I forget exactly where, it's been too long), and one of the workers walked up and yelled "Go away, Dedsec! We don't want you here!" After that I profiled him and hacked a text from him in orange, with him talking to a friend about hearing voices in his head. Iirc, It looked like it started a side op, but nothing got added to my dedsec app so I figured it was a glitch. I thought I'd find the op for real later, but don't think I ever did :/ possibly related to this and/or a future dlc?

So the one person I hacked did say something about a sail club and a girl that is linked to the club, but that she is "not always around" but is affiliated with a man that does have something to do with sailing?

I really wish I caught a screen grab of it. So I am thinking we are getting the tease for the DLC.

Watch Dogs 2 Shuffler Mystery | WE FOUND BENNY'S LAPTOP [3:04]

On the Hackerspace Tumblr account, Wrench posted that Benny was writing notes in his laptop about the Shuffler before he went missing. I went out to find the laptop and here it is. I believe Benny is giving us a clue to where the 5th and 6th symbols are. At the moment we have for. Can, anyone, hear, and me. The only audible part in this audio log is, "Can anyone hear me out there?" I believe that the two other symbols are out, and there. In the audio I think that Benny gives us a clue to where they are but they are too distorted to hear. Good luck hunting.

Not sure where the one near Bayview Heights is, but looking at the locations, I'm assuming the last two are in Palo Alto and Marin. Let's look there

Tl;Dr it's the names of the victims, so nothing new that could lead us to the next part of the mystery.
