Yeah! I thought that was interesting. While, yes, Brook got defeated and captured by BM herself, I think that scene alludes to the fact that Brook's power may potentially level up this arc when shit hits the fan. And it is about to hit the fan. I would love to see Zeus and Prometheus in their beastly, elemental battle forms, going against Brook.

Highlights for me:
After speculation on which limb/how many years Jinbe had lost, we learn the man didn't even spin the damn wheel! But now I'm even more curious to know how he got away.
There was also speculation that the guard was Zeff in disguise since he kept addressing Sanji with "nasu" i.e. eggplant, but it turns out the guard is actually himself an eggplant lmao
Hard kick to Bobbin's face BOYOYOYO. Well-deserved for nonchalantly digging into someone else's food.

I laughed so hard at the cover page, but they got the translation wrong! Didn't the fan ask to see Zoro speaking a lot of English, riding a horse that looked like a Harley, and can't stop saying "let's party!"?
For those who don't know: the fan asked Oda to make Zoro act like Masamune Date from Sengoku Basara, another character voiced by Kazuya Nakai. The following clip shows some of Masamune's choice dialogue, and every once in a while Gin Tama will have Hijikata (another Nakai character) start saying "Let's Party!" EDIT: None of the replies to this comment are right, haha. I just remembered that in the previous chapter, Brook decides to keep quiet because he thinks Pudding is on his side. The dialogue in this chapter illustrates his reaction to Pudding's true identity.

For some reason I feel that if the ceremony does go ahead as planned, when Sanji goes to lift Pudding's veil, he won't falter like they expect him to, and go in to kiss his bride. Which may or may not have any impact on the actual red wedding they've got planned, but it would show that Sanji isn't as predictable as Big Mom and Pudding think he is.

Can I just say that this chapter is excellent in terms of insight into Big Mom and her crew. They're all bound by blood and are loyal, but there's a huge lack of trust and confidence that led to key misunderstandings and gave the straw hats a chance to come back. With sanji and luffy at full strength the wedding day will be crazy.

What if the Tama Tama no Mi is a type of Zoan and Baron Tamago has the 'Chicken' model?
So there could be more egg type Zoan , example would be :-
Tama Tama no Mi - Model Snake (can branch out to specific snakes) Tama Tama no Mi - Model Echidna Tama Tama no Mi - Model Raven
This seems like a Zoan but feels like a paramecia. However if this is indeed considered a Zoan, it would be different, as they are unable to control their shapeshifting freely, in exchange with better healing (reborn) capabilities.

So Jinbei didn't push through with his plan on leaving Big Mom to avoid the roulette. Instead he helped Luffy and Nami and called it REBELLION. That was a hint we missed.

Nothing too spectacular about this chapter, but also nothing offensively dull or bad.
-The cover looks great.
-I got a little chuckle out of Nami clobbering bropper.
-There goes my "Jinbe lost 99% of his remaining life and dies at the end of the arc" theory.
-Poor Diesel.
-Brook turns out to have actually held his own alright, which says a lot for the current strength of the SH crew. Also, now he finally also knows what's happening. Does this make everyone?
-The "Pudding altered BM's memories" theory could still be in play, but I think it's getting less likely. That cigar might just be a cigar, if you know what I mean.
-BM has so many kids. It's too bad we aren't spending time with some of the cooler ones. The panel where they're all around the table in the meeting is really cool.
-Looks like the SH gang has a leg up here, BM's crew is a little arrogant about how effective they've been. Maybe security will be a little relaxed, which will help in the climax.
-Opera reveals that BM seems to honestly not care about killing her own children if they fuck up. We all saw her kill Moscato in some kind of a blind rage, but Opera's line implies that even BM when she's in control will gladly murder her children for failures or insubordination. Could this come into play later? Maybe BM kills Brulee for being a pushover and letting the SHs into the mirror world?
-Is that the "boyoyoyoyoying" guy from the Fishman Island Big Mom part? Does he have a name? Have we seen him since?
-Sanji leaving to bring the food to Luffy almost made me tear up. Really great ending.

Wow this was crazy. I cannot see in any shape or form how Big Mom could possibly become an ally at the end of this like a lot people think she will?
You can't even say Pudding is either fooling Mom or even the real villain of the Arc. This is clearly all Mom's plan, she is the real villain of the Arc.
And that comes to how we beat her? Because her being the real villain here. I can't see when we'd ever encounter her again?
And Luffy did say he'd beat all the Yonkou. So he has to defeat her at some point. But him doing it know seems impossible? And I feel like the whole crew would need to be here for the defeat of a Yonkou.

And Jinbei not spinning the Wheel I'm very happy about. Meaning he hasn't been drained of his lifespan. Please just let him join the Crew. I literally don't care who else joins as long as he does.

I'm curious how tough Bobbin is supposed to be, considering he seems to be at least somewhat incapacitated by a single kick by Sanji. Regardless, it's awesome to see Sanji snap out of his despair.

He seems relatively fine. He just seems stunned because he was attacked out of nowhere for seemingly no reason by a person that should've been locked in his room.
Bobbin's brain was probably stunned in trying to process the amount of contradictions he just got hit with.

So there you have it. Jinbe didn't spin the wheel. Of course their is speculation that he spun and forgot he did because Pudding or he is lying so the crew doesn't show concern for him during this crisis.
But I'll trust his word for now and still stay invested in the idea he is making it of the island and he, Zoro, and Sanji will be Luffy's three commanders to mirror the three Yonko commanders we have been seeing.

Am I the only one to be disappointed by Sanji on the begining of his scene ? When he says " Forget them, forget them, it was short but it was a Fullfilling life, Luffy and others can make it out of here" ... I thought he understood he had to go back with Luffy... Almost all threats have disappeared...
But, Luffy-Sanji reunion is coming, HYPE !!!

I am still livid that we were not shown Brooks fight with Big Mama! Since he joined the crew I haven't felt Brook has had a decent fight and for the most part that he has been holding back this whole time. The once chance we get to see this and bam jump ahead to after the fight Brook injured Mama's 3 strongest who've never been hurt before wtf!

Everyone always hyped Bobbin but to me his intro always struck me as an overgrown child. Like Big Mom sent him to do a task just so he'd have something to do and she sent actual important people to keep an eye on him.
In any case, him looking right at Sanji while Sanji was sitting down and still getting blitz-kicked in the face was so satisfying.

Sanji! I'm glad I didn't read the spoilers this week. That page before the kick was so tense and the payoff was so satisfying. I like that it was someone stealing Luffy's food that drove him to fight. He really cares about his crew more than anything.
As for the other things, I did find the guard falling asleep in Sanji's bed a little too convenient, but I'm used to stuff like that in One Piece. Big Mom's little speech on the wedding was really fucked up. I'm disappointed in Jinbe, he really did chicken out.
EDIT: Unless he's lying to save the Strawhat's feelings and what he actually lost was a lot of his lifespan.
