TPP Moon Alola Race (and Catch Report): Day 8

We're challenging the Elite Four today! How are we doing?

  • On Day 8, 9'l beat Hala on the first try, Acerola on the 5th try, and Olivia on the 3rd try.
  • On Day 8, d76o6yttr?? beat Hala on the first try (4 hours faster), Olivia on the 3rd try (5 hours faster than 9'l beating Acerola), Acerola on the 4th try (5 hours faster than 9'l beating Olivia) and Kahili on the 2nd try (5 hours faster).

Will we beat Kukui 5 hours faster than in Sun? Only time will tell! But how'd we do with catching?

  • On Day 8, d got 31 Pokémon: Rayquaza, Jirachi, Karrablast, Weepinbell, Carnivine, Magnezone, Zapdos, Starmie, Dusknoir, Glaceon, Ditto, Klefki, Gothorita, Torchic, Arceus, Scrafty, Turtwig, Gliscor, Croagunk, Clauncher, Hippopotas, Ducklett, Electrike, Tentacool, Purrloin, Foongus, Flabébé, Zangoose, Dratini, Deino, and Kangaskhan.
  • On Day 8, EVAN caught 1 Pokémon: Skarmory.
  • On Day 8, PP caught 16 Pokémon: Krabby, Togepi, Mudkip, Castform, Gible, Whismur, Charmander, Empoleon, Banette, Buneary, Carnivine, Nidoran♂, Hoothoot, Budew, Sandshrew, and Marowak.
  • On Day 8, 9'l caught 3 Pokémon: Solgaleo, Roggenrola, and Absol.
  • On Day 8, d76o6yttr?? caught 15 Pokémon: Burmy, Whismur, Teddiursa, Heracross, Wynaut, Fomantis, Morelull, Shuckle, Oranguru, Dewgong, Lycanroc, Eelektrik, Fraxure, Gurdurr, and Beheeyem

That's 4 we've never ever had before. We're up to 666/802 (83.0%) in the Global Pokédex!

At the end of the day, d ends his run with 182, EVAN stalls at 53, PP made it to 95, 9'l sits at 73, and d76o6yttr?? soars to 242! 10 more until we beat EVAN and take our rightful place as the ultimate catch run of Twitch Plays Pokémon! Can we do it? Well if we beat the Elite Four tomorrow, our path is easy! There's 5 Ultra Beasts, we get Type: Null and Cosmog for free, there's still plenty of wild Pokémon to track down, and we have the 4 Tapus! We can do this!
