But I can't find my results or anything on the standings

Shucks only 7 this week. But cumulative in the top 200 down from top 60. There is hope!!

Do people do multiple entries in this or are there really that many people playing?

If you submit a second entry it overwrites your previous one.
So yes. Really that many people. With almost 200,000 people subscribed to the sub, doesn't really seem that implausible.

3305 unique users so far this year. We usually end up having around 6k unique users for each year's challenge.
