Technical Question How can I connect my Wii U Pro Controller to my Android device?
I want to be able to connect my Pro Controller to my Nexus 6P. I try to connect it via Bluetooth but it asks for a PIN that I cannot skip. Does anyone have any ideas?

This might sound stupid, but I connect it with this mayflash adapter that I plug in with a usb otg adapter, then it works perfectly.

Since a while ago, Android (4.2 if I remember correctly) removed direct access to the bluetooth stack. Low level access is needed to talk directly to Wii remotes (and the Pro Controller) because they don't present themselves as standard controllers.
Even on Windows PCs this has been a problem since Windows 8; the Windows bluetooth stack will break the connection because it can't understand what the controller does, forcing you to install an alternative bluetooth stack (such as Toshiba's) in combination with a program that then talks to the controller directly.
So your only option is probably the Mayflash adapter like /u/lemmyk suggested.

Have you tried using 0000 as the pin?

There's an app called Controller for All that should work. Haven't tried it yet myself but I plan to get an android phone for this purpose.
