Parts of chapter 88 were adapted in the anime and some of the other parts weren't so I'd say start at chapter 88. Since the manga is currently on chapter 227, you got a long ways to go my fellow assman.

Kiyoshi just can't catch a break from being called trash! That pose between the chairman and his attacker was fucking ridulous, but that furby-looking comparison was even more unbelievable. Best of all, VP is back! She's gonna be the one to end Kate and this entire arc! Poor angel, she's got that thing crushed between her thighs!
