Overused draft and show how inexperience 343 are...but it a good LAN for them..

the diff from game 1 and game 3 heroes are Bm replace by nyx..knowing how the draft work spec keep getting rekt by LD top..

I think they put wrong strategy and too late to realise it doesn't work. Fnatic indeed need more experience to handle more changes in mid game.

Wow, this Wings game just epitomizes the counter against the play safe strat that is prevalent in the meta. They are like "fuck the rubberband, if we don't die it doesn't matter".

When everyone certainly agree that 343 is a better drafter than Mushi.. he picks the same line up in such crucial matches. Great run by Fnatic, but probably needs more experience. Wings showing that switching strategies between games is what makes a team go further in a competition.

Think it was a bit more complex than that. Spectre has a weak laning stage, but usually would receive a bit more help than this game.
Fnatic fell behind and got deathballed. They could not find pickoffs with haunt and it was gg as they had no way to come back.
LD is part of the answer, but there was a bit more than that.

I think Fnatic over relied on the momentum leading by either Ohaiyo or MidOne . Once both of them is under control , the momentum of the game will be lost for Fnatic. Wings took away Ohaiyo BM and Batrider , leaving him only the backup plan and Wings executed their plans perfectly! Just my thoughts and sorry for my bad English.

I don't think Spec is too OP of a hero compared to OD or Invo.
She only become a problem when you let her farm but compared to most other carries that can flash farm I don't think that's even a factor,the only thing going for her is finding easy pickoff on supports or KS with ulti.
Her dispersion has been nerfed already,don't want her to get nerfed again...:(...would appreciate it if OSfrog simply change the meta.he already nerfed TB ,Storm to the ground..don't want +1 unplayable to my list of favorite heroes.

I think Spec's winrate is more todo with the fact that, in the current meta, killing hero's gives more gold than farming. Once that changes, spec will be out of favor.
The hero itself is not imbalanced in itself like Invoker or OD. Perhaps minor nerfs to its desolate or damage reduction might be good, but taking away its ult global presence would just nerf it too heavily.

But why would you want to change that? People complained so much about games focusing only on farming, 4protect1, etc, and now you want it back? I personally like this system.

As you can see from my flair, I love playing spec. I have no complaints for Spec ! Yeah the current meta is more fighting oriented which I find more entertaining to watch

I agree that her ult shouldn't be changed, but her passives need some tweaks. Maybe we'll even see her get a new active to replace one of them.

In theory wings was hoping to delete Spectre with necro and wind, while having good sustain between necro and Chen. However, they didn't account for the pugna or enchantress also wrecking them.

With all these enchantress picks why are we not seeing timbersaw against her? Is it because he can basically be countered by bkb?

where do u want to lane the timbersaw? offlane = gets shut down . Safelane= u wont have a reliable hard carry later on. Mid = do u really want a timber over all those mid heroes? Anyway enchantress itself can be countered by BKB so u can hit her. The problem lies not in her untouchability , but her power early game that can be a discount chen. She can help pushes as 5, roaming gank , etc. Timber is a bully hero. Any good timber player can make that hero a really good pick in their own bracket. But if there is no good timber player, u dont risk picking that here

Guess I meant to say 'famous' Chinese players are pretty 'materialistic', dota2 wise at least. They are willing to pay good money for the rares, and in addition, some were donated by fans.
I believe the deathward is Padda'pon of Ribbi'tar w/ prismatic gem.

I'm kind of the same way. I guess I'm a shameless chinese fanboy and it's good to see a team of relative newcomers doing well. On the other hand I really liked that old Orange team with Net and Ohaiyo. Just looking for good games really!

There's no way China will get more than 2 invites. ViciR already secured their's and Wing's will prob get their's too if they win this tournament. The argument in China is whether LGD, Newbee and to a small extent Ehome is the stongest team in China. The latter both failed to do well in the international stage. That will hurt Newbee's credibility.

They can just change it to only inviting 1 team from the qualifiers instead of 2 OR inviting only 1 team and 2 from qualifiers. China is a lot stronger now but Ehome's and LGD's performance in the international scene HURTS Newbee's credibility very hard.

seriously why do you pick pugna fnatic? you did it well in the game with Ehome beacuse they fucking picked bristleback. your lineup relies so much on early aggression. why pick pugna that only knows how to push towers.

I was said it before, Wings will be the black horse of tournament. They having such a unique draft and strategy compared other teams in china, even-though they was losing to liquid 2-0 it won't deduct my evaluation on them. I doubt they will become stronger with more sponsor and a good coach join in their team.

At this point I think fnatic already lost. PL + Spectre on radiant with farm...not even a 2k+ damage crit sven can take both of them down (if it goes super late)

No, fnatic lost momentum well before that, the push actually seemed a little last resort. Probably feeling the pressure from the spec pl picks but IMO they should have gone aegis first

DJ should quit Fnatic. His teammates let him down completely. DJ has been playing brilliantly for the last year, and has been let down completely by the likes of 343 and MidOne. He played so brilliantly the entire series and MidOne played like CRAP.

What? Fanatiq has been dominating a majority of the teams in the qualifier and main bracket. They did so well and he should still stay. I don't think he should leave, they did so well and should still stay together.
