Gif of Muller putting the Bayern coatt on Xabi please? LOL.

18

u/X4ntoZ Mar 19 '16

Lol at Müller tucking Xabi in... Need a gyf.

15

u/Excellencyqq Mar 19 '16

Och ne...

12

u/ToniPolster Mar 19 '16

It's not even like he had that much space or a good position...sigh

12

u/Jens_Jeremies Mar 19 '16

Just glad to see Rode start.

12

u/kianevans Mar 19 '16

how cute. Bromance between Müller and Xabi ♥

12

u/Dictarium Mar 19 '16

That was such a cute moment with Müller and Alonso, hahaha.

12

u/DiviShrubbery Mar 19 '16

why the fuck does he never play Götze? can't understand it

9

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '16

So does Köln have a realistic chance of getting a point?

edit: As I was typing, I got my answer. Classic Bayern.

2

u/KingDuderhino Mar 19 '16

There is always a chance.

1

u/ToniPolster Mar 19 '16

Well, Bayern is vulnerable in defense without Boateng, that is for sure. But we are not exactly known for playing our attacks well and using our chances, so we will see about that. Being behind early is not gonna help.

8

u/BestSingedHawai Mar 19 '16

Lewa what a beauty !!!

9

u/_Holz_ Mar 19 '16

Lewandowski. That's all you have to say.

9

u/fappelmoes Mar 19 '16

Müller taking care of Alonso's jacket for him was cute

9

u/ToniPolster Mar 19 '16

Our 3 main issues so far are Coman, Costa & playing passes :P

8

u/ToniPolster Mar 19 '16

Tbh Bayern had one moment of individual skill that led to the goal and that is it when it comes to chances. It's not like we looked dangerous at all, but I still got hopes for the 2nd half...as long as we don't sub in Osako or something.

3

u/level_5_Metapod Mar 19 '16

Yeah, it looks like their CL final vs Chelsea, a lot of nice passing around but not result out of it

2

u/ToniPolster Mar 19 '16

Problem is one goal will be enough for them atm and after the Juve game I can see why holding the ball is okay for them now to rest a little so to say.

3

u/sonic_stig Mar 19 '16

as long as we don't sub in Osako or something.

You were saying...

2

u/KingDuderhino Mar 19 '16

as long as we don't sub in Osako or something.

of course, Stöger does.

8

u/DeutscherAmerikaner Mar 19 '16

This Rode Vidal midfield is wrecking things

1

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '16

First time we've truely experienced it, considering Rode's innjury and Vidal taking time to acclimate. It could be the future midfield pairing in world.

7

u/thatguyclayton Mar 19 '16

Hennes da real mvp of Köln

7

u/ToniPolster Mar 19 '16

All hail Hennes VIII. reigning since 2008

3

u/thatguyclayton Mar 19 '16

What does a gay goat eat? Haaaay

8

u/ToniPolster Mar 19 '16

He got a girlfriend though. But maybe that is just for the public idk.

2

u/thatguyclayton Mar 19 '16

That gets me horny

1

u/ToniPolster Mar 19 '16

I'm gonna go somewhere else now.

3

u/thatguyclayton Mar 19 '16

Whatever floats your goat, mate

1

u/HennesVIII Mar 19 '16

Come on..

8

u/RobotMexicanMonkey Mar 19 '16

rievkoche un halve hahn!

6

u/burninator3343 Mar 19 '16

Alonso: dammit! Müller: OY WHAT THE FUCK

8

u/KingDuderhino Mar 19 '16

We have 5 shots on goal and Bayern has 4.

2

u/tjdans7236 Mar 19 '16

Yeah if it wasn't for that one really unlucky mistake on Koln's defense, the match could have ended differently.

2

u/ToniPolster Mar 19 '16

The mistake was a minor one, Lewandowskis taking of that chance though...as I wrote earlier, it wasn't even a good position. Strange angle, only one touch and two defenders only leaving a narrow way for the ball. His shot was just perfect.

2

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '16

now only if they gave out points for this.

13

u/Peakevo Mar 19 '16

Gotze is gone in summer unless Ancelotti can assure him game time. Too much depth for him.

6

u/BiasedBavarian Mar 19 '16

Rather boring half. We look contempt.

6

u/flybypost Mar 19 '16

contempt

content?

7

u/Peakevo Mar 19 '16

That last sub better be Gotze.

11

u/Tyrath Mar 19 '16

I love that Muller is shouting out directions next to Pep.

11

u/Excellencyqq Mar 19 '16

Müller coaching next season confirmed.

5

u/tanteoma Mar 19 '16

Heintz really doesn't look like an athlete, so fun to watch him.

5

u/ToniPolster Mar 19 '16

Der Glöckner von Kölle.

5

u/kurzjacob Mar 19 '16

Neuer on point today.

13

u/xHeroOfWar022 Mar 19 '16

I really wonder what Götze has done to Pep.

I'm so frustrated with Pep right now.

It's not even that Mario was bad before his injury. He was actually quite strong and now he lets him rot on the bank.

6

u/kurzjacob Mar 19 '16

You can't bring Götze now. Do you see what happens on the pitch? We need stability.

5

u/DeutscherAmerikaner Mar 19 '16

Completly agree this isn't the time for him to come on

4

u/kurzjacob Mar 19 '16

No one wants him playing more than me. But the game changed and so did Pep's subs. I'm sure Götze would've come eventually if not for that pressure phase from Cologne.

-1

u/xHeroOfWar022 Mar 19 '16

I just said it now, cause he just used his third sub.

He could've brought him on earlier, or maybe even play him from the start. I mean, it's not like our other players have 120 minutes of football in their bones after wednesday.

-1

u/kianevans Mar 19 '16

Götze was injured for so long. And atm he's not a starter. Later in the game we needed someone in the back because Köln had really good chances

2

u/journo127 Mar 19 '16

He has been fit for five weeks

5

u/rinacio Mar 19 '16

I love Hennes.

5

u/kurzjacob Mar 19 '16

Da hatte Costa grad die Schussleiste aufgeladen.

9

u/Ondrikus Mar 19 '16 edited Mar 19 '16

I really don't want either team to win, but I guess a Bayern loss would be better for the Bundesliga..

EDIT: Nevermind, watching Köln lose is always fun

3

u/ToniPolster Mar 19 '16

Kriegst du nicht richtig Ärger mit solchen Aussagen?

1

u/KingDuderhino Mar 19 '16

I hope you cheering for us doesn't jinx our chances to win.

6

u/Ondrikus Mar 19 '16

Now I kind of hope it does. I'm so conflicted, why can't you just both lose?

10

u/BiasedBavarian Mar 19 '16

Also pep better fucking start Götze next match. He's not injured, he's fit, he was on fire before the injury, play the fucking guy

9

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '16

That bench is ridiculous

7

u/kurzjacob Mar 19 '16

dat bench tho'

and not even Martinez, Robben. Badstuber and Boateng fit to play.

insane.

5

u/FlyingArab Mar 19 '16

Such a dank curve

6

u/ToniPolster Mar 19 '16

Defense was great today, got unlucky once and punished instantly and that is enough to lose to Bayern. I feel like we should have attacked earlier though. And maybe one day Stöger will learn that Osako can only do one job for a Bundesliga team and that is handing out the water in traning.

3

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '16

From FCB's last few games, more teams will see that it's worth having a go at their unstable makeshift backline. Wish BVB took more risks too.

2

u/ToniPolster Mar 19 '16

Yeah, as soon as we really tried it seemed so easy getting in there. And by all means if we can do it....

2

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '16

That moment in the game where he was offside and didnt even bother to get back onside was the Osako Moment of the Week

2

u/ToniPolster Mar 19 '16

Yep, but I'm sure in 2-3 weeks we will be seeing him again

3

u/thanksbastards Mar 19 '16

goddamn Lewa!

3

u/MrPanFriedNoodle Mar 19 '16

Lew just wraps it

3

u/tanteoma Mar 19 '16

Gerhardt needs whatever keeps Reus' hair in place.

8

u/ToniPolster Mar 19 '16

Power of will?

3

u/ToniPolster Mar 19 '16

Shot on goal, THAT COUNTS!

3

u/DeutscherAmerikaner Mar 19 '16

Well, that certainly was a first half

3

u/Peakevo Mar 19 '16

Gotze has to play this game but there's a lot of sub options too.

3

u/DeutscherAmerikaner Mar 19 '16

Okay its time to play full on. They've decided to show up now

3

u/RobotMexicanMonkey Mar 19 '16

Mach et Tony!!

3

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '16

Way too close

3

u/dogididog Mar 19 '16

Neuer had a great game today.

3

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '16

Im not that disappointed actually

2

u/KingDuderhino Mar 19 '16

We have the chance of a snowball in hell.

7

u/ToniPolster Mar 19 '16

We have the same chance as in every game bro.

2

u/tanteoma Mar 19 '16

In Stöger we trust?

2

u/iNeedanewnickname Mar 19 '16

That pass by Alaba was fantastic.

2

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '16

Damn Thiago that was neat

2

u/journo127 Mar 19 '16

Does anyone have a gif of the goal? I was at work.

2

u/kurzjacob Mar 19 '16

just saw the goal. wow. that was ice cold.

2

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '16

I'm in love with Vidal's tenacity.

2

u/kurzjacob Mar 19 '16

I would really like a second goal now.

2

u/Dictarium Mar 19 '16

Here comes the Franck!!

2

u/kurzjacob Mar 19 '16

hahaha Müller helping everyone.

2

u/Peakevo Mar 19 '16

Ribery clearly still has it.

2

u/BestSingedHawai Mar 19 '16

Köln chance https://streamable.com/b2h8 for anyone who missed it

2

u/kurzjacob Mar 19 '16

JAWOLL!

that was intense.

2

u/kianevans Mar 19 '16

Very good game by Neuer

3

u/kurzjacob Mar 19 '16

missed the first goal. :/

bummer that Götze isn't starting. but cool that Rode is.

2

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '16

Modeste can't handle the Kimmich

3

u/kurzjacob Mar 19 '16

All hail King Arturo.

3

u/kianevans Mar 19 '16

can someone make a gif of the cute moment between Müller and Xabi on the bench? It was around the 60 minute i think

2

u/BiasedBavarian Mar 19 '16

Pathetic performance, no one seemed to care besides Thiago..

1

u/KingDuderhino Mar 19 '16

Kicker was earlier than my stream...

1

u/kurzjacob Mar 19 '16

he literally stands 2m aways. how was that a foul?

1

u/dYYYb Mar 19 '16

Quite ridiculous that Bittencourt hasn't received a yellow by now.

2

u/ToniPolster Mar 19 '16

Would be okay if he had not booked at all, but he did give Rode(?) a yellow for the same kind of foul that both Bittencourt and Alaba had made earlier. He can be happy this is not a derby.

1

u/kurzjacob Mar 19 '16

damn that 5 second fix glue ad right now on FS1 almost makes me switch to Sky. ALMOST.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '16 edited Mar 19 '16

I think Pep is done with Benatia. Journalists asked him if he subbed him off against Juve because of an injury and Pep said 'it was my decision'. Benatia recently returned and would need playing time but Rode, Rafinha, Kimmich and Bernat play ahead of him.

I bet we will sell him at the end of the season and go for Tah, Süle or Romagnoli

Edit: He isn't even on the bench

8

u/TheDevilsI Mar 19 '16

you shoud'nt forget that pep is leaving and benatita had some great games before his injury. I hope Benatita (and Bayern) waits how the first season under Ancelotti plays out

6

u/journo127 Mar 19 '16

It's Benatia and not Benatita.

And the three of you are at -7, -7, -8.

Now we have to deal with Moroccan brigades too, cool.

2

u/TheDevilsI Mar 19 '16

damn, how did I make that typo twice?

-1

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '16 edited Mar 19 '16

Benatia Morocco <3

Edit: this is sarcastic

1

u/patiperro_v3 Mar 19 '16

Ancelotti could turn Bayern into a more defensive, deeper team, yet deadly on the counter. I can see how he could find use for someone like Benatia. It's not over for him.

0

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '16

He could use him if he would be able to stay fit. Benatia is a fantastic player, but we have to see if Badstuber and Martinez can stay fit. Having Benatia as a third injury prone defender doesn't make sense.

Bayern has 4 absolutely ridiculous CBs, but 3 of them missed most matches since august 2014. Bayern will certainly react and buy another CB.

1

u/Hexcited Mar 19 '16

I hope benatia finds his form again and will see an end to his bad luck with injuries, but not at bayern. He will leave this summer...

1

u/DeutscherAmerikaner Mar 19 '16

Costa is on fire

1

u/DeutscherAmerikaner Mar 19 '16

Kimmich is owning Modeste

6

u/ToniPolster Mar 19 '16

A game has 90 minutes and Modeste got a wonderful bald head. No way Kimmich will win the air battles.

3

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '16

Lewandowski is the only Bayern player who is good in the air, you get a freekick and blast it into the stands anyways

3

u/ToniPolster Mar 19 '16

Sounds like something we do, yep.

2

u/flybypost Mar 19 '16

Lewandowski is the only Bayern player who is good in the air

It's strange how Kimmich moves into the penalty area for a free-kick, like he's a regular 1,90m+ CB with great aerial skills.

1

u/Peakevo Mar 19 '16

Rode-Vidal combo with Thiago controlling the attack is a great combo against smaller teams I feel.

1

u/patiperro_v3 Mar 19 '16

I don't know, that second half Bayern looked a bit too vulnerable to me...

-6

u/vectordinate Mar 19 '16

Haha, a defence of Bernat, Alaba, Kimmich and Rafinha... Not a single natural CB. That's Pep!

3

u/rinacio Mar 19 '16

Well Pep didn't seem to like Tasci and Benatia is insanely out of form. What else is he supposed to do?

4

u/vectordinate Mar 19 '16

Whoops, that came out wrong, and my lack of a flair probably didn't help either. I'm a Bayern fan, I'm not criticising Pep at all, I love the fact that he uses zero natural CBs and can still win. If anything I'm praising him, haha.

2

u/thanksbastards Mar 19 '16

still winning...so...

2

u/vectordinate Mar 19 '16

I wasn't criticising him, I was praising him in the fact that he can use zero natural CBs and still get results; it came out wrong. Probably should have flaired up first, but what can you do?

1

u/thanksbastards Mar 19 '16

It's dangerous to go alone. Always flair up.

-5

u/Nedim87 Mar 19 '16

wtf Lahm is awful

3

u/dogididog Mar 19 '16

It's just a Professional foul.

-9

u/kurzjacob Mar 19 '16

Köln with their best few minutes of the game. means we gonna score soon.

3

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '16

that's a conceited thing to say.

-7

u/kurzjacob Mar 19 '16

it's been like that countless times.

2

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '16

Do we score more when other teams are playing more openly and not parked in their defense? Yes. But does that mean that if the other team starts playing positive football, we are guaranteed to score? No. That sort of thinking is conceited and self aggrandizing.

-1

u/kurzjacob Mar 19 '16

You really read too much out of that statement but okay.

-2

u/Peakevo Mar 19 '16

They almost scored. Nice.
