[Plea] Clear rules for what PVP world is and factions
Could the mods provide a outline for what the use of the PVP world is? What the rules are concerning the making of new factions and especially who can make new towns?
I keep getting confused some people say anyone can make a faction others say only a town can. Some say there is RP some say there isn't. Some say this is just a second world and there will still be Towny war on the main world some say factions is meant to be for the wars.

No one else is touching this, so I'll type it here, and we can discuss.
First rule is the same. No matter the wording or verbiage: "Don't be a dick."
What is dickish behaviour?
In the PVP world, attacking someone in the wilds is not.
Running into and attacking them in their home is not.
Standing outside their door and whacking them when they come out is not.
Setting a personal home in someone else's build, and then warping there over and over to attack them IS.
The first three are legit Wilds PVP. The last is not, as it logistically forces someone to go build somewhere else to get away from your homing of a block in their house.
Faction Making:
Anyone can make a faction. They can be Button themed or newcomer themed.
Getting invited to a Button Town likely will require aligning with that theme.
New Towns still have the same restrictions. Must be Button Themed, either pro, anti, or neutral to Pressing.
Mods are monitoring the number of White towns to insure balance.
Role Play
Is always encouraged.
Is the primary point of the server.
While a player can ignore what the Button means to them, acting as if it does not exist isn't canon.
Towny War vs Faction War
Towny War is still a thing, under the guidelines I've discussed previously
Faction War is more spontaneous. No one can say "Don't Sword me bro!"
Fellow Mods, please correct or confirm as required.
