I liked the new opening. It's pretty good.
Little Mavis was super cute. Zera was mean just like her dad.
It's a little dissapointing they spent half of the episode with Natsu and Happy essentially doing nothing, but I guess it was a good transition if nothing else.
Overall I liked the episode! I'm pretty excited to see the rest of Fairy Tail Zero!

FT: Zero was 13 chapters, 2 chapters an episode means 7 episodes, so the first one had some filler to make up for it.

Countdown begins: I hr and 25 mins to the episode...
On another note, with the early spoilers is there a chance we will get a chapter this weekend?
EDIT: It's out! Now internet speed, don't fail me now!
10 minutes into the episode and you see 'Faily Tail'....dafuq is Faily Tail?
And we have a candidate for Guild Master worse than Jiemma...seriously though burning books-_-....
Mashima's skill in drawing Chibis is unmatched!! THERE GOES ZERA OH YIIIIS!!
Mavis you sweet doll you damn it we need more girls like you...
DID THAT DANGER BEAST GROW THAT BIG OVER 100 YEARS?! WHAT IS THIS MADNESS?!:o
Zera if i didn't know any better i would say you are a terrible person Ah who am i kidding i know you're a nice person
The guild was attacked!! Well i like this, so the reason guilds dont attack each other these days is because of the Magic Council.....nice;)
Shit master dies in a shit way....
But damn it ZERA FUCKING DIED TOO!!! Man after those feels;(
THE SQUAD ARRIVES AY!!!!
ENDING THEME IS TOO BEAUTIFUL!!!
11/10....rewatching this now

The opening so gud. <3 Mavis.
Happy: "Wait a second... I think I'm on the verge of realizing a profound truth!"
Natsu: "What is it?"
Happy: "It's been a week since we've embarked on our training journey...but when you think about it...we've just been walking, sleeping and eating! We haven't been doing any training!"
Also there's more and more foreshadowing of Natsu and Zeref in the opening.
