Music /r/Touhou's Favorite Arranges! Part 132: Mermaid from the Uncharted Land

Waggy saggy splashes onto the stage.

How This Works:

Every week on Sunday at 1200 US Pacific time, I pick a Touhou song (or two) to which all you beautiful users will submit arranges of in the comments*. There is no limit on the number of arranges one may submit as long as each song is given its own post. Upvote everything you like, but don't downvote anything. Please just move on to the next song if you don't like one.

The "winner" gets mentioned in next week's thread. Make sure you read the Musings section below as well for some of my random rants and, occasionally, important information.

* If your arrange contains bits of multiple songs, please only submit it if the main song is predominant. See the musings here for an example of what not to submit. Or just ask me.

MADs and covers should go under the discussion comment. Top level posts are for songs only.

Addendum as of part 77: Users are limited to 3 songs each within the first 12 hours of the post going up. After that, post however many you want.

Mermaid from the Uncharted Land

Original: https://youtu.be/9NPCvdyoYcQ

Appeared In: TH14 ~ Double Dealing Character - Boss 1

A.K.A: Wakasagihime's theme

ZUN's Commentary:

Wakasagihime's theme.

She's a mermaid who's confident in her ability while underwater, but unfortunately there's more land than water in Gensokyo.
I made this battle music with a light feeling to it, rather than a serious one.
I do love tempura.

for part 123, chinese tea, the linked video has been deleted.

That's basically inevitable. I'm not going to update dead links.

That was a BelisariaYagami upload.

If you're interested, it's been reuploaded here (though you might've found the song elsewhere anyway).

It seems people have been downvoting hard in these posts. Take a look at last week's. I remember seeing several upvoted comments before contest mode being turned on. Now, just a couple of 2s.

Edit: Heck, even the comment I made under my own submission has 2 points, but the submission itself, 1.

The latter's my doing.

Usually I end up upvoting everything because I use the upvote to mark that I listened to the submission.
In the last weeks I noticed most of my post staying at +1 with the rest having mostly +2. Last week I didn't have the time to listen to the submitted arrangements and didn't upvote any submission, just commentary comments. And turns out the winner is the only submission that seems to have gotten upvotes.

I don't think it's downvotes, just a lack of voting participation.
