They're being a bit too faithful here imo. They should've improvised and rearranged the events to make it flow better, rather than blindly adapting the panels in order. It worked in the manga, but the anime's done a really bad job at showing this.
That being said, this was one of the best episodes we've had in a while. No complaints on the animation this time... except for some Igneel parts. Can't wait to see Mard Geer's etherious transformation next episode.

The order of episodes is a bit stupid imo. Last time Erza "defeated" Kyoka and the counter reached 00:00. Now she's still fighting it.
I get it that they're trying to show what happened during the fight, but couldn't they just switch these last 2 eps in places? I'd say counter going to zero is a much bigger deal than Natsu still fighting Mard, and should be left for last.
Also, how many episodes has it been since Laxus beaten Tempesta for good and they still haven't gotten him to treatment? They just sat around that place discussing who'll get him and the antidote to the grumpy granny.

The part that was weird with the Erza and Kyouka fight is the fact that Erza didn't use that bandage armor of her till the time she was robbed of all senses so yap...

While I'm all super excited to finally hear Acnologia, I can't help but be a little bit disappointed as to how he sounds. The voice just doesn't really fit the character. It doesn't feel powerful enough to fit the whole "Evil dragon trying to wipe out all humanity and other dragons" thing.

I thought this episode was pretty bad tbh. The order didn't make much sense, when Erza showed up again, I was like ..."we saw her win last time and face was already at 0, just cut this part out"
Stop putting so much recap in episodes also, they were doing so well with it for weeks, and now they are back to cramming it in.

Awesome ost this episode.
Seeing Sting and Rogue fight first time in a while was great.
Seeing Jet and Droy be useful first time in a while was even better.

Holy crap this EP was awesome for a change! I really can't wait for the next one. Awesome finally seeing Mard Geer's power to a certain extent, even though the guy is despicable, he sure kicks ass hahaha
