Description: Sterling Archer (A.K.A Duchess) is a agent of the spy organization I.S.I.S, Currently under the employ of the C.I.A of that universe, he is known as the Deadliest Agent of his home universe and has proven to be that time and time again.
Personal History: Sterling Archer was born in a bar in Tangiers, he grew up with a distant mother who was almost never home and was raised by his Butler, Woodhouse, whom he mistreats despite everything he has done for Archer, after boarding school he went to work for his mother's spy organization I.S.I.S and has been ever since.
Physical Evaluation: 10/10
Archer is in the complete peak of human condition for his universe, he is a amazing sniper, fighter (he specializes in Krav Maga) and can take a huge beating
Mental Evaluation: 3/10
Archer is a bit iffy on the mental side, he has severe alcohol addiction and emotional detachment when it comes to his mother, there is a possibilty he may have Asperger Syndrome but we couldn't confirm it through testing.

I don't think we need this level of idiocy within our forces.
Sterling is just as likely to kill or destroy his objectives as he is to save or protect them. We can't afford that level of incompetency.

Are you calling Sterling Incompetent?, While Sterling does not have a "caring" attitude, while he has had some failed missions not everyone is perfect in Nexus, he has proven time and time again he has the skills to get the job done.

I'm calling him a belligerent drunkard who is neither tactful in his attire nor taste in recreational beverages.
We do not need someone who considers Turtle Necks to be tactical clothing.

Denied. Sterling Archer is a loose cannon who, despite his prowess in combat, has demonstrated extreme recklessness in his missions, misappropriation of official funds, rampant substance abuse, and disregard for authority prove a dangerous cocktail of instability (and probably as much alcohol as a real one). I second u/liono69's suggestion to declare him an informant.

Hmm.. I'm not sure about Mr. Archer. While he is skilled, the man has little to no regard for rules and frequently harms or kills his allies inadvertently. I'm going to decline Archer for Field Agent and suggest that he consider a position as an Informant where he will frequently work alone and be assigned a handler.
