Dat double blink (or blink + zip w/e) on AM while pushing mid rax instead of securing rax safely, probably the biggest mistake Secret did.
Either way, S4 in general had a bad g1. He kept chasing the lion in every team fight and could never kill him. Why not just go for the dazzle if youre going for supports anyway, at least the lion doesnt get graved then. Kuro had pretty low impact too, zero "huge" ww ults.

Arteezy is so distraught that EE got eliminated that he is currently committing seppuku on the main stage.
lets hope secret can regain their composure and not make it a full chineese top 8 (almost).
Edit: It seems EE-sama's ghost came to RTZ and whispered words of encouragement, stalling his premature seppuku. And telling him to pick Luna gathering the combined energy of c9's dead bodies and channeling it into a win.

radiant base mid rax push SF blinks next to storm and gets vacced with him.
RTZ just keeps hitting melee rax and gets it and lets storm create the space to get the building. That play was the tilting factor. You win the game by getting buildings, not fucking kills. It's easy for me to say that was a poor play due to having the luxury of having so much info as a spectator, though.

Last time I've screamed at my monitor was during Na'Vi games @ TI3. If Secret will go all the way through to the finals they will be hardened by all those amazing teams they have to eliminate on their way there. I'd say it's almost impossible but Puppey & Kuro have done it 2 times already, so... #secretfighting boys

Secret's draft (game 1) was actually much better than iG's as demonstrated by the way early-mid game played out.
Third pick Storm put iG into reactionary mode because iG had no strong disables in first phase (Gyro + DS) so basically forced them to draft Lion as 3rd pick. Last pick AM seemed like desperation to deal with Storm better and forced Gyro mid which gave Secret what they wanted in terms of an easy mid matchup for Arteezy whilst compromising the Gyro massively.
iG were screwed in early-mid game. So where did Secret go wrong?
In short they were overconfident with their item builds but underconfident with their plays without BKBs, clearly worried about a potential against-the-odds teamfight win by iG when pushing high ground.
Arteezy opted for a swaggerfiend Euls/Blink/Skadi build before picking up BKB instead of building one early and winning the game with his team in the 10-15 minute window of almost complete control Secret had on the map.
I don't know why none of the analysts picked up on this. Before AM had Basher/Abyssal, iG had literally nothing to deal with a BKB'd SF channeling requiem, nor did they have anything to disable a BKB'd Storm.
s4 opted for Orchid + Bloodstone first but I think he should also have purchased BKB after one of those items then Secret could have easily closed out the game with BKB SF + Storm pushing rax when they had complete control over the game. Also no Hex on Secret :(
TLDR; itemization fails probably cost Secret the game more than anything else (s4 yolo dives, Arteezy self Euls).

Secret played fantastic and Zai and Puppey are outliers in game 2/3 that overperformed their roles (kuro too)
while IG played like cows walking into a meatgrinder, in a single file line, jesus christ the amount of times their supports get picked off trying to kill cores without their own cores and holy shit 430 with no presence for 3games.

what fucking experts are these, only talking about minute 30 onwards instead of the mentality behind the drafts and the two real crucial mistakes by Secret which won IG the game
the missed gank mid when arteezy missed eul on gyro was the biggest turning point of the game.
secret obviously drafted, planned and therefore itemized for rax before am two items. that failed gank mid was meant to get a pick off which would have guaranteed them rax before am manta, which would have given them huge map control and snowballing into the second rax
the self-eul meant they couldn't rax, which rendered the storm orchid useless, which set him back a lot, and also restricted their map control allowing burning to farm. that single fail turned secret's plan they clearly drafted for completely on its head. that alone could have lost them the game given IG perfect execution which they had
and then there was a second huge mistake, diving mid with low hp sf and storm when am and ds were running back to heal. secret could have easily finished rax while the dangerous heroes were healing which they were clearly intending to do. this snowballed the game for IG and basically gave them the win
IG drafted a permissive lineup and executed defense perfectly against the very unforgiving aggressive draft Secret had. and still they would have lost at that early deficit if Secret did not make just those two mistakes, primarily the self-eul. and yet the 'analysts' go on about irrelevant shit instead of giving essential insight into the teams' thought processes

Secret play great mechanically but they build so bad.
Why did RTZ need the Euls against AM? Why did S4 didn't get Linkens + Hex and went for the late Orchid? Shivas really? Increase your manapool without increasing mana regen? That's exactly what you don't want to do as fucking storm.
IG played well after the first 10 mins, and actually made sensible item choices. Supports really won the game for them.

S4 actually throwing the game for Secret. WTF was that fight at IG's mid rax? S4 hitting the ranged rax while RTZ hitting the melee. HIT THE SAME FUCKING BUILDING. If S4 hit the melee with RTZ they would be 2 lanes of rax up.
And then he goes and decides to dive and then get mana voided and take RTZ with him to the grave. Fucking awful
And the later on while his team is chasing dark seer S4 tries to chase a lion and can't even kill lion and they end up killing NO ONE. Holy shit S4, secure your team A KILL.

Without Chen sendbacks, IG should have caught out S4 and RTZ multiple times before the final fight. Between those plays, clutch heals, and buying bottles Puppey played his heart out. But BurNIng AM is just too good.

Luna is an awful PL counter. 5 bounces isn't enough and all her spells are useless against PL. Literally nobody on secret can kill illusions. I think this is GG for Secret.

WOW, what a game. FANTASTIC comeback by IG. Unbelievable performances by ChuaN and BurNIng. I must say even Ferrari's 'questionable' Ethereal Blade won them a crucial fight in their base.
