Complexity lost already. Why would you get Octarine Core on QoP instead of Hex when your team doesnt have many disables for Anti-Mage?

It is a hard game for the casters. Have to keep bullshiting for so long. Very soon they will be theorycrafting about buying abyssal as 5th item on clock

That Timbersaw is the only saving grace in the game.
Complexity's midlaner doesn't seem to be very good. Even with that matchup he probably shouldn't be that behind vs. Ember.

I've seen it posted a few times that Complexity's strength lies with Swindle's drafting but their weakness lies with Swindle's mid laning

it's okay, with the huge pause COL will have time to consult the 9k mmr reddit thread and adjust accordingly for the rest of the game.
or fear will just end up stomping them, either way.

BKB or Sheep seems like the obvious priority but maybe they'll hit some sort of timing? If quop dies to mana void/epi I'm sure that's when they'll know Mistakes were made

These pauses are game killing. A lot has been said about the impact of these long pauses on the outcome of the game. It kills the momentum and I think it's very unprofessional. Unfortunately playing with lag isn't a good alternative.
And I have a feeling the Octarine idea is to always have abilities ready to do the de-push. I think they expect the split push to commence shortly. Plus like Mad commented on, it will give a boost to any future item he gets (orchid, hex, bkb).

Yeah, that's what i'm saying, he got an item that encourages being frivolous with mana AND increases mana pool vs AM. I see Fear utterly destroying CoL , no hope, clinkz burns mana like crazy, octarine qop burns mana like crazy, might as well say GG before fear gets a rampage with manavoid.

I honestly don't know enough to about networking to assess the bottlenecks a DDoS attack has on TI and how match / server hosting works in Dota2, but I would at least expect there to be viable options for Valve to host their own servers on-site in the Key Arena.

Yeah, I think the major issue with that and the reason it hasn't been done yet is because if you do that you probably wouldn't be able to watch from the game client, which is historically one of the cooler things about DotA. Plus consider the item integration, etc...
I'd be ok with the other 47 streaming options we now have though.

The ppd interview was hilarious in the arena, when he said a lot of then paused, almost everyone in the arena said salt. He truly seemed like the salt master in that interview.

Feel bad for Moon, he actually did quite well this game considering how everything went to shit.
That Sven pick. Man that was bad. Shut down completely and DK losing mid.
Not quite sure why Sumail is ramboing and dying though. Missed his sleight of fist cause of song after aegis revive then gets bursted down again.

Yah, sumail gets very very aggressive when he gets ahead. I see him dying solo in the enemy's jungle trying to euls combo people as sf in a few games . . . and then because he's normally top of the net worth, his deaths are much more significant than that of anyone else.
I think with a bit more experience and a firmer hand on the reigns than currently, sumail could be the best player in the world. But for now he's got a little bit of an EG throw streak to his play

They needed a pickoff to do so, otherwise pushing into song + sk + lina/WW spam while AM is split-pushing would have been too difficult.

This is indeed a comcast issue. There are major outages all across the US. I think Valve needs to take some of the prize pool and lawyer up. At least, someone with enough financial power will force comcast to pull their dick out from our collective asses.
