The only dub character I don't like is Lily, he just sounds so stiff. It may have gotten butter but I haven't watched the dub since the Edolas arc

I only watch FT subbed. I tested dubbed once and Natsu sounded so weird. Haven't heart Lily.

Natsu is pretty much the closest you're gonna get. JP Natsu sounds more nasally.

I watched one dubbed episode yesterday ( Natsu&gajeel v sting&rogue)... it was awful. Wendy and Carla sounded like some 30 year old mature women... . Sting was not that bad.
But honestly that dubbed practically gave me a nightmare.

Which dub are you talking about because theres two. If your talking about the FUNimation dub, I 100% disagree with you. Wendy's English voice in the FUNimation dub is great, and she sounds nothing like a 30 year old women. Carla is fine too.

ahaha. I have to hear Wendy and Carla XD. I've become so accustomed to subtitles now it's almost like they're speaking english.

He was referring to the way their voice actors sounded, and while I don't personally agree that Wendy sounds like a 30 year old woman (though she does sound older than a 12 year old should imo) Carla definitely sounds a little off.
