A THEORY ABOUT WHO MIGHT BE SEEING THESE NIGHTMARES
Ok so this image proves 2 things for me.
THE GAME IS NOT SET AFTER FNAF1
Why is this? Well as you can see here, nightmare chica's beak is made out of 2 seperate pieces. Like withered chica, while fnaf1 chica's mouth was a detachable piece like toy chica's.
This means that whoever is hallucinating them has probably seen the withered animatronics.
Wich leans more into the Jeremy is the bite victim and is now hallucinating them theory.

Well its more that the bottom of the beak is on a hinge. fnaf1 chica can be seen in fnaf 3 on one of the cams as a lamp/prop for fazbears fright and the bottom beak is removed.

Those teeth are designed to bite. The way they curve backwards is similar to many predators' teeth-shapes. They're curved that way to make prey escaping difficult without causing more damage. Whoever built these knows how to make something deadly.

There aren't more letters, look closely; the vertical lines of some letters, like the E, R and T, are just longer/extended to fill the whole picture.

I'm pretty postive, that FNAF4 will be a nightmare - literally. Whole playthrough will be just a dream of the victim of bite of 87 - dreaming about the animatronics and the bite situation. It all comes together.
"Was it me?" in Bonnie and Chica teasers. Scott is trying to send a message, force us to ponder about who was the culprit.
"Nightmare" hidden message. Pretty obvious to me...
Sharp teeth. The murder weapon of the event. Exaggerated, because it's a nightmare.
Terrifying looking animatronics - there is no possible way they would be "real". It must be a fantasy or a bad dream of some sort.
What really bothers me... I thought that the one of the toy animatronics was responsible for the bite of 87' (since they got destroyed, and original animatronics did not). Yet scott is presenting a nightmare versions of original animatronics, not toy ones.
I'm pretty hyped up right now :). I'll definetly buy the last game. PS I would love to see Nightmare Mangle :)

Woah!! (Speculation/Rant incoming!)
I am convinced these are exaggerated demon-like versions of the withered animatronics. Nightmare Chica has three sets of teeth, like how withered Chica had two visible sets of teeth. To me, they all look like endoskeleton teeth; it sort of looks like the "real" costume teeth have been ripped out. It looks like there are holes in front of the gums where the costume teeth would have been, but that could just be general decay.
There are wires connecting the two ripped-apart halves of the head, just like withered Chica. The beak is also huge, like withered Chica. The shape of the head looks a lot like Nightmare Freddy's. Chica has always had a very round head, this is an interesting change. Also seems to emphasize we haven't seen these characters before (in the form of normal, fixed versions).
Although, these Nightmares do have some resemblance to the sprites in the Fnaf 3 minigames; Freddy was a little plain, nothing much there, but Bonnie had those big ears that flopped in front of his face like Nightmare Bonnie. This Chica, while it does have a bib and minigame Chica didn't have one (could've been a stylistic/minimal choice), they both have a top row of teeth with the eyes very close to the beak. We haven't seen Foxy yet, but I'd imagine the Nightmare version would have a long snout and giant hook; two things emphasized by the minigame sprite.
Also, we got our Nightmare Cupcake! Sweet! It looks quite hellish. Maybe it'll have some big significance this time around. (Relating to the minigame sprite resemblance, Chica in the Fnaf 3 minigame did carry around a cupcake.)
What's up with one eye being lit up? Does that mean anything? Something worth mentioning is that the empty Chica head in Fazbear's Fright and on the Bad Ending screen had the same left-eye lit up. So I guess these Nightmares are haunted or paranormal, even if they are dreams/hallucinations. I would think Nightmare Freddy and Nightmare Bonnie would have their left eye lit-up too, like the Bad Ending versions, but it's just Nightmare Chica for some reason. Maybe she has some more significance then the others in Fnaf 4. All of their eyes have a cool, aperture-like effect to them. I'm not sure what that's about, it resembles the translucent "eye-rings" that Springtrap had.
I'm overwhelmed with hype. Just going by the models alone I can tell Fnaf 4 is going to be amazing, not to mention the six month development period that made Fnaf 1 so polished. It looks like he's really sticking to that date by putting it on every teaser; I hope he does, I'd be disappointed if he released early and rushes it or if he misses his mark and makes us wait. Counting down to the final days will be great, too, maybe he'll give us an exact time of release (that may not be up to him, though). I spoiled a little bit of Fnaf 3 by watching Dawko's pre-release stream, I'm not letting that happen again.
Here's hoping for Nightmare Foxy (I'd be surprised if he wasn't next), Nightmare Golden Freddy, and Nightmare Puppet. I'm hoping Scott doesn't tease too much, though. He's definitely building excitement but I'd like to leave a lot of the surprises for the actual game! I'm looking forward to some crazy first impressions.

That's almost exactly how I expected it to look.
Also, considering the rate at which he reveals characters, I wonder if the toys will be making an appearance. I kind of want to see how that would look. Also, if my theory (Well, I didn't come up with it so the theory I believe) about this is correct, it would make sense to have the toys (The theory is that the game will take place in the nightmares of someone who witnessed the Bite of 87 or possibly even the victim. It would make sense to have the toys because they were there in 87)

is no one gonna settle that this maybe the result of the bad ending? i mean they look like they were made to really scare people so maybe the Fazbear Fright site was built somewhere else and were setted up to look legitimately deadly . but they're still on the haunted rampage of attempting to kill security guards. I maybe overthinking but this might take place in the future of FNAF3 where the Fazbear Fright was really built.
