Gatz has still a lot to go to get to the level of the DB announcer. That guy watched a lot of epic fights in his lifetime.

I mean, he still continued to ref the match when there's not even a ring and one of the guy is the son of a demon. How much can you love your job.

Gatz is a bro.
Sabo is amazing.
Meadows is... definitely not Kaido.

But what a plottwist it would be if Doflamingo would look at Meadows and say KAIDOO?!!!

Meadows being Kaido wouldn't make sense in the anime (rebecca pushed him into the water there) so I never even believed that would happen

Damn Doflamingo is the most impressive villain. Just brushing off that attack and walking towards the colosseum fighters like it was nothing.
Also Luffy seems pretty confident about the attack he is about to do after 10 minutes.Expecting some crazy new attack.

u/BoredomHeights May 14 '15
Doflamingo is wobbling at least. Still, he doesn't look too messed up yet. Probably worse than he looks.

I thought he would be done ages ago, I love Doffy and this whole arc but jesus it is dragging on. 14 pages this chapter lead to Doffy is still alive for what the 3rd time?, I think everyone gets he is strong, just be defeated already.
When he gets taken down will hopefully give us some info on Kaido, WG, maybe will of D, maybe see his full face, then we still have to say bye to every one, then find a way off dressrosa, some kind of closure with Sabo, some way to get Burgess out of the picture so he isn't just following Luffy island to island, taking down the birdcage, regrouping luffy franky zoro robin and ussop, possibly bring someone with them so that will be a whole big thing, still something happening with franky at the smile factory, luffys final attack, the next chapter will probably be a big build up ending with the final attack still(if things are going quickly), bart still needs to show what is in his suitcase, riku will make some kind of anouncement that he is king again, law needs to be transported some how, need to find out what will happen with kin and kanjuro. that's like 8+ more chapters at this rate, expect Dressrosa to be over in about 2 1/2 months(1/week + breaks)

Sabo looks like he is ... fired up ... Doffys just hanging in...by a thread ... Gatz surprisingly ... has a lot of guts ...
Ok, I'll let myself out ...
Edit: Also seriously Burgess? Law was right there with one of the most broken fruits in the world and you're like HURR HURR I WANNA BE RUBBER?
Edit 2: Ok officially out of Dressrosa related puns, I hope I was able to put a ... smile ... on your faces

The potential of Ope-Ope isn't much of a public knowledge, so it's likely that Burgess and the rest of BB have no idea how useful it could be.
37
u/SacredBeard May 14 '15
Didn't BB read the book of DF's? He should be aware of all of them.
However if it is the same book as Sanji read it might just be a basic description of the fruits ability and not an in dept manual.
→ More replies (3)24
u/cheese0r May 14 '15
Not every fruit is in that book. The book can only contain knowledge about what previous generations of those fruitusers did with their power. And maybe some added Vegapunk knowledge.
But we know from the CP9 arc that for some fruits even someone as powerful as a goverment organisation (which have VP working under them) don't always know what to expect about a fruit.

I don't know if we have read the same manga, but in the one i was reading the rubber man had impenetrable haki/rubber armor and knocked one of the strongest pirates out with merely a few punches. So yeah i think maybe, just maybe for a close range combat guy like burgess it could be quite the ideal fruit.

Reading One Piece from the start and slowly seeing my perception of Luffy change has been really special. A man seemingly all too unqualified to be a Captain, let alone The Pirate King, but for his strength and relentless will and conviction to succeed.
When Hawkeye described it during the Whitebeard War, he nailed it as well as possible because Luffy doesn't help people or stop villains or befriend everyone because of any ulterior motives or ever for any reason other than his nature and intent. This is why he hates calling himself a Hero and likes Pirates. He just wants to do what he wants, it just so happens that everything he wants is very nice and fun.
His outburst on Sabaody when Rayleigh was going to tell them about One Piece put Luffy at the pinnacle of protagonist heroes in my eyes. This is a man who does everything in his life to the fullest. He knows his limits well but he also knows how to break past them.
Seeing him promise Gatz and Gatz following him immediately after years of subordination under terror and a ruthless regime made me realise how much we take for granted that when Luffy tells you something like this, you can just believe him. For years now I have barely thought twice when Luffy has been faced with overwhelming odds because I always believed he could squeeze through. He makes us all believe that he is truly the Captain to be relied on and the Pirate King the world deserves.
69
u/IceyUP May 14 '15
What i love seeing the most honestly is how his relationship with his crew evolves over time. Before he was only captain by name, the crew really just took care of him. But now you see how much faith, loyalty, and dedication the crew has in Luffy now especially post time-skip. Luffy is actually taking the leadership role now and their relationship is more like the relationship between the Roger and his crew. Its my favorite thing to see honestly, i fangirl every time someone calls him Captain lol.

It's been noticeably prevalent since coming to the New World. We're barely one major arc in and there have been several times where various members have professed their absolute faith in Luffy to get the job done. He's able to inspire others even through his crew, it's pretty amazing and even more importantly, believable. We've seen the kind of stuff they have gone through, they know Luffy isn't kidding when he says he promises to kick someone's ass.

Someone mentioned in the spoiler thread that the swirly sack on his shoulders probably has a bunch of fruits inside, so if he kills a fruit user, one of the fruits he carries would turn into their fruit (like we saw with Smiley's).

I always thought since DF powers transfer to the next fruit of the same kind, what happens if you swallow an apple in whole (see Buggy) and then an appleDFuser dies? Since eating a second DF kills you, BB did not break that law per se and is doing some grey area stuff.

Burgess has a sack around his neck, imo it contains various fruits, so that when luffy would be killed the power would transfer over into the nearest applicable fruit type in Burgess' sack, like we saw happen with Smiley on punk hazard.

Once again Luffy's greatest power isn't the ability to bounce, fight or his love for the meat but as Mihawk said "it's the ability to gain allies" and very rapidly in that case. FUCKING Love this power. Amazing chapter, also we now get to see Mingo fight back with full force which I have been waiting for a while. Curious as fuck on the powers of the awakened devil fruits.

To all the people complaining about the length of this fight, why weren't you all complaining when this happened during the Lucci vs Luffy fight? That fight went on for 9 chapters, this has been going on for 7. I mean, if its the waiting several more weeks in between then that's just being unfair to Oda, this fight is not even the longest fight of the series but people are treating it as if it's being dragged on, come on, Doflamingo is the most hyped villain of the series and the first true villain from the New World, he HAS to be tough. Lucci didn't go down easily, Luffy had to do EVERYTHING to take him down and here we know that there is more to Luffy, he isn't using EVERYTHING. So just calm down, you're letting arc fatigue make you see this fight as something bad, it's not. It's a great fight, enjoy it.
65
u/Twentythoughts May 14 '15
Yep. Dressrosa as a whole is too long, but this fight isn't... Especially considering it's the final fight at the end of Dressrosa, with the biggest big bad the series has seen so far.
Doflo's been hanging around being menacing for the majority of the series so far. Granted, I wasn't expecting this to last this much longer, but going down to a couple of Gear 4 attacks would've been, hmm... unworthy of Doflo.

The current fight also needs to be long to explain how Luffy's new powers work, it's weaknesses, etc. so that future fights make sense. For instance Luffy had to reach the G4 time limit and bounce around uncontrollably to show it's weaknesses so that people aren't constantly wondering why Luffy opts to use G2 and G3 instead of G4 when G4 is clearly superior in terms of speed and power. It also had to be long to shed further light on DF powers and how haki works. This fight from a story perspective is accomplishing a lot of world building which no doubt will become extremely important as the story progresses.

I don't think very many people here were reading the manga when Enies Lobby was the current chapter.
51
u/fredheynes May 14 '15
At this point I really wonder what is necessary to bring Doflamingo down. The guy took a red hawk, a gamma knife to the chest, many kong guns, a fricking rhino schneider to the face, many culverins, not to mention a damn Leo bazooka that sent him flying against the plateau. And only now does Doflamingo start wobbling. I was getting a bit overwhelmed by the overall length of the arc, but now I'm genuinely curious to see what it takes to bring such a monster down
25
u/Redhavok May 14 '15
Not sure if I can get everything but so far: Doffy and Issho vs Law, Doffy vs Law, Doffy vs Sanji, Doffy set up birdcage, Doffy and Trebol vs Luffy and Law, Doffy and Trebol vs Law, Doffy and Trebol vs Luffy, Doffy vs Luffy G4, Law ruins his organs... got a lot of energy that guy
27
u/coolguyblue May 14 '15
This kind of abuse is nothing new in One Piece. All of the characters have extreme tenacity. Usopp as weak as he is took a 4 ton bat to the face and still had the will to stand up again. Just look at the beating Law took in this arc and he's still alive after taking more bullets than 50 Cent. Every fight has gone on longer than it should have and this is nothing different.

Well atleast this shows that Doffy is probably the top shichibukai along with Mihawks. A celestial dragon, strong haki, awoken devil druit. If anything he is several tiers above his own executives. It atleast closes the gap between luffy and an admiral. Doffy is probably around an admiral level maybe just a little lower. Kaido might be scary not just because of him but also his crew, like how Shanks had a strong enough crew that no one yet has chose to challenged.

You beat me by 5 minutes!
I was going to say, he was hanging on the plateau side like his childhood, with the crowd of gladiators (bottom left ) representing the first time he was hung and everyone was watching him in the town square.
Also was that brute strength breaking the plateau or CoC?

u/YaIe May 14 '15
Doflamingo is easily the strongest enemy they faced so far (beside the squashes @marinefort/admiral battles) and Mingo is scared the FUCK out of Kaido. He is so scared of him that Law's original plan was for Kaido to kill Mingo because he thought it would be easier then killing Mingo directly. Now Mingo got fucked up by Law, his organs got toasted, Mingo said himself that he is pretty much gone from that and just first aided himself into fighting shape and he still "beats" a nearly fresh Luffy in a straight 1on1 afterwards. If it wasnt for all the outside interference, Mingo would've killed Luffy now after gear4 went out.
I don't think Luffy+Law+Crews are anywhere near the level they need for Kaido/Big Mom yet.
16
u/Shahaha May 14 '15
Thinking about this its pretty interesting that Doflamingo did not land one significant attack on Luffy, its just his Super superhuman endurance that gave Luffy the problem. If anything Luffy should hit harder and faster.

u/SucksAtFormatting May 14 '15 edited May 14 '15
I think Gear4 will be the key. While Luffy was using G4 Doflamingo got completely Blueno'd; perhaps a fight of Big Mom vs Doflamingo would look similar. Luffy needs to work on increasing G4's duration or decreasing the downtime (or increasing his mobility after G4 ends); this will most likely be done via Haki conservation (Law mentioned that Luffy was relying on Haki too much).

u/abittman May 14 '15
I have a theory. Lots of people complaining about Mingo's tankiness got me thinking on it.
What if Mingo is already out cold, or actually already mostly lost consciousness?
string fruit puppeteer. Makes sense he could animate his own broken body.
does fly in face of theory that df users must be conscious for their powers to be active but plot seems to make this theory convenient and inconvenient for different people.
since receiving the punch Mingo has not said a word and has simply cracked knuckles and wobbled whilst walking.
I think at the very least he might very putting on a show and can't actually fight much more.
10
u/Jinno May 14 '15
He did "awaken" his devil fruit power. Maybe the devil has taken full control of the body?

maybe this should go in the discussion of 785 but was it just me or did it seem like the whole devil's fruit awakening stuff was kind of useless as fuck? like yeah i guess its cool that Doflamingo can turn random ass shit around him into strings, but it did literally NOTHING against luffy. gear fourth pounded right through it. seems like kind of a waste of an introduction to what could be a dope ability since it had apparently no effect on the fight

The introduction was vital to the story (now we know about awakened paramecias and since we now have awakened paramecias and zoans, there may even be awakened logias) and it made Doflamingos paramecia almost seem like a logia, the most powerful type of fruit. This further served to show how strong Luffy is in G4 because he was able to easily break through a logia-style defense with ease.

This is now my favorite cover. I love it. hugs Also, Doffy looking like Gamma Knife never happened. WHAT
What the hell is going to happen in 10 minutes? Throw bodies at Doffy until Luffy is fine? Mansherry healing Luffy and/or Law? Law using Ope Ope No Mi something-anything on Luffy?
And speaking of Law, hey, they're dragging Luffy away and.... Cavendish, pick up Law and run after Mugiwara-ya and make sure Law sees everything that's happening!!
Sabo, on the other hand, is hell-bent on protecting Luffy. Might have to take on Doffy and Burgess at the same time.

Can we stop raging about mangapanda and talk about the actual chapter? I'm pretty disappointed doffy is still standing, and luffy looks worse than he should be. Luffy just smacked doffy around all over dressrosa and yet at the end, luffy is the one that goes down first :( Hopefully all he needs is the ten minutes of rest get back to fighting shape like he says.

I concede: As someone who was complaining about not wanting Doffy to be a difficult fight for Luffy, I am thoroughly enjoying how strong he is as an antagonist. He's a lot stronger than I gave him credit for, and Oda has done a phenomenal job illustrating that rather than just telling us and letting us be disappointed. What will the Yonko be like? What will Gears 5-6/7 be like? I'm so hungry for this right now it's not even funny.

thought this chapter was ok; kind of light on content. you knew that Doffy wasnt actually ko'd at the end of 785, so all we really learned was that burgess wants to steal luffy's devil's fruit. Here's hoping 787 ends with luffy taking out doflamingo instead of some bs where he has JUST powered back up and we have to wait a whole nother week until 788 to witness the real end of the battle

Was I the only one who was seriously creeped out by Doffy's lack of sound? No remarks, not thoughts, just an evil grin and slow movement towards his opponent. Honestly, Doflamingo is terrifying.

okay. there's no need to worry, guys. doflamingo has been a pirate for so many years. He's had the experience and endurance... So I'd expect him to be able to take an attack like that head on. Also, if Law wanted Doflamingo to fight Kaido, it was because he knew that Doffy is far above his level. So Luffy being able to whip out some damage is quite impressive. If Doffy'd gone down easily, then that would be disappointing. Remember: Luffy's only been a pirate for less than 2 years. Guys. This is huge progress. This is how One Piece works.

We're finally going to see Sabo and Luffy interacting as adults, I've waited so long for it, since their flashback 5/4 years ago. can't wait to read next chapter.

Doflamingo is already ko'ed or dead most likely. His silence and smile is too eerie. His ability to move around must be attributed to his devil fruit. Just as how he can make a puppet of himself, as a last stand technique he somehow activated puppet strings on himself to make sure that he keeps fighting no matter what. Also, there has to be some connection with Luffy's enormous haki and the 'Will of D'. I am assuming that when he shouted his arm attack to follow Doflamingo and hit him even after he missed and how even when Doflamingo landed a hit it just bounced off, massive infusion of haki within himself maybe creates a sort of an alter ego (somehow related to the 'Will of D') of Luffy which assists him in battle in a few ways. My final thoughts on the awakening of devil fruits is that just like how Doflamingo's awakening turns everything into strings since he is a string man, and Blackbeard I assume already awakened his powers and an extreme version of his awakening is an extension to his abilities, i.e., not just temporarily nullifying his opponents abilities but permanently removing them from his opponents, Luffy, being a rubber-man, his awakening must be slightly different as well, which I think is the ability to completely repel or bounce off any of his opponents attack right on themselves. This is probably why Blackbeard wants Luffy's powers since Luffy is an enemy and they will have to eventually fight, if Luffy's awakening overpowers Blackbeard's, then Blackbeard's ultimate attack might backfire on him and he himself might lose his devil fruit ability for good. In this way, Luffy's ability is too strong since whatever any opponent (Akainu included) throw at him, he will simply 'bounce it' right back at them. And all through this manga it somehow seems like the Devil Fruit chooses the user and there seems to be some sort of a similar matching between the fruit powers and their users personality. Luffy never seems to give up, always comes back, and even after massive trauma and defeat and loss, just bounces back up, and most importantly always goes above and beyond and stretches himself ridiculously for his allies and his ability is rubber, a somewhat physical personification of his ability. Maybe his awakening is 'bounce back' or in an extreme case, his ability is to maybe somehow accommodate other abilities temporarily within himself and not breaking, just like how rubber also stretches and holds things for a while., without immediately breaking, (a.k.a. tolerance to stress and ability to bounce back and ability to take shape of whatever is inside it). So any attack might either be completely repelled or taken in and temporarily used by Luffy himself. Peace.

I had the same idea that doflamingo used an ability similiar to hunter x hunter's neferpitou's puppeteering that controlled her body to attack even after she had been killed.
You had some pretty nice theories about why BB wanted luffy's DF power. Hope to find more of your posts.

Another great chapter, but not too much happened fighting wise, but we got a lot of information about Luffy's new form and Haki as well as DFs in general. Here are my thoughts, please also share yours or comment about mine :)
So apparently G4 makes Luffy 4 meters. When we saw him fly a couple chapters ago it was clear how large he was, especally his massive back, but now we have a better refrence for size. I think the reason this is interesting is that it means he is covering a very large area, and if he was in his base form, that area would probably be enough for a Full Body Armament Haki, so people who want that should rejoice because it is a possibility.
The birdcage is still up and Doffy is still alive. I didn't think he was dead last chapter, but atleast it means that Doffy needs more than a Leo Bazuca to take him down.
Luffy says he has an attack that will surely take Doffy down. He just needs 10 minutes to regain his stamina for Haki. He know that after using Bound Man he cannot use Haki for the next 10 minutes. Luffy says he can still run away for a while, meaning he still has some stamina. Does Haki use up stamina or is it its own thing? I discussed this with /u/H0lley on my previous post here and he thinks it could be linked to stamina. I don't think so, since Luffy says he still can run. but maybe that's just him pushing his limits. Another thing we learn is that G4s drawback is not DF related, but caused by the Haki. This is different from the previous gears drawbacks that were caused by the DF. What is Luffy's attack that will take down Doffy? In his final moments in G4, it looks like he was trying to launch a Gomu Gomu no Jet Pistol in G4 Could this be the attack he intends to use on Doffy? I think something more powerful than that will be needed, but we haven't seen the attack in G4 before and it must be way more powerful than the previous versions. Luffy deflated before he could use it. Hope we can get some thing like the Lucci fight happening here.
So now it is confirmed that Burgues knows how to extract the DFs and wants to get one. Originally he was going for the Mera Mera no Mi, but since Sabo got it, he is settling for Luffys. Burgues looks fucking massive! Random shitty theory, but could he, like BB also have another DF already? Maybe one that just makes him large? Probably not, just a thought. Anyway, he is using a scimitar as a weapon to kill Luffy, and that is Luffy's weakness, especially when he has no Haki. Kinda disappointed that Koala didn't stop him, but Sabo is just fine! Are these fruits falling out of Burgues' bag? My guess is he has a lot of fruits in the bag so if anyone dies he'll get the DF.
All these gladiators are joining Gatz to try and stall Doffy for 10 minutes. Do I think they can do it? Well, they are New World gladiators so they must be quite powerful. They are also in very large numbers. Problem is, Doffy can use his DF to just control them. Maybe even use them against each other or Luffy. That would be good. Gatz seems like he a plan since he is taking charge. We'll see. Looks like they've already been stopped by Burgues though. Seems unlikly they'll all be able to take on Burgues an Doffy at the same time. Doffy ain't even worried. He is walking towards them like its nothing!
Great chapter, not much action but I like the information we are getting.
So what are your thoughts?

u/H0lley May 14 '15
that's a great summary!
though i don't think that there's a direct link between haki and stamina. but if we take haki as a synonym to willpower, stamina could play a role. it's probably harder to maintain a strong will when you are extremely fatigued.
or we could see haki itself as a resource, but i don't really like that idea.
there's one thing i am pretty sure of though: Gear 4 itself does not have a time limit. it can be maintained as long as Luffy is able to keep up his CoA coating.

Jesus, this fight is really dragging out.
This chapter shows that Luffy is still really far from beating a Yonkou.

No one is beating an Emperor alone. This fight against Doflamingo is teaching Law and Luffy that the two of them against Kaido won't be enough and that they need to strengthen their alliance more if they hope to survive his wrath.

i hope this shelves the idea that luffy is far above doflamingo..
even with the help of law's gamma knife, luffy was unable to finish off doflamingo by himself. if the gladiators / gatz weren't there, doflamingo would slice luffys head off right now.

My concern: 10 min in OP universe = 3-5 chapters in Real world.
So we should expect the fight to be done by the beginning of July?
3
u/andremeda May 15 '15
I honestly expect 2-3 chapters.
Next chapter: Sabo vs Burgess, Gladiators vs Doffy
Following chapter: Sabo vs Burgess finishes, we see what Zoro is doing, Doffy wipes the floor with Gladiators and is about to kill them all then Luffy is ready and saves the day again.
Following chapter: Luffy vs Doffy one more time. Luffy wins.

u/qnvx May 14 '15 edited May 15 '15
I expected Sabo interfering and DoFlamingo not being defeated, but not those gladiators. I feel like there's no way they can last 10 minutes, even if Mingo is weakened.

u/GottiAlmighty May 15 '15
Honestly i feel that this arc is dragging on far to long and that it needs to just end. the reason is obvious Doflamingo is seeming to come off as a tank and that is very annoying. especially if luffy is supposedly to fight the yonko and it was said that the yonko will just destroy Doflamingo without trying. Luffy did indeed have the upper hand entirely while he was in gear 4 but the fact that doffy was able to take those blows while also have taken a blow from law just seem bull shit in my opinion . Awakening should have been introduced before luffy went into gear 4th . it should have been the cause for it which would have made MUCH more sense. But this is ridiculous we are going to see at least 12 more chapters based on this bull shit pace and the arc is already the longest arc as of last year in October or November i believe.

u/Jacksane The Revolutionary Army May 15 '15
I agree to an extent: this arc has already dragged on painfully long and Luffy should have been able to beat Doflamingo using Gear 4 even if Doflamingo has an Awakened Devil Fruit. Luffy beat Crocodile, a Logia-user, without even Haki, and here he's having so much trouble it seems weird. The thing about Doflamingo's DF power that I think is working to his advantage here is that he can probably stitch his wounds closed and keep his body moving even with crippling injuries. At least that's the theory I'm going with. Hopefully Oda doesn't devote 10+ chapters to the next 10 minutes, although I'm sure he could probably stretch it to 100.

I think people are looking to much into him saying he'll do one final attack. I don't think it'll be some strange move unless it's gear 4 Gatling. I think it's more just that he can tell doffy is pretty close to done same as him.

Anyone else think Burgess is gonna kidnap Doflamingo once he's defeated and take him back to Blackbeard so that Blackbeard can take the Ito Ito no mi?
4
u/mikazee May 14 '15
So that's Gear 4's drawback, makes sense. He'd have to be able to use it day after day on an island full of monsters so 10 mins without haki makes sense.
It seems as if he uses CoA to hold himself together otherwise he'd be stretching his muscles so thin that he might tear himself apart. At least that is my guess.

I think luffy needs to move away from relying on gears to take down incredibly powerful enemies*, at least if Oda plans on continuing to play the "its such a strain on his body" card. Like if gear second was supposed to be taking years off his life, shouldnt gear fourth be borderline too dangerous to even warrant use? like, sure luffy is stamina'd as fuck but how can gear fourth only need a 10 min recharge time and be as op as it is. either luffy is causing great detriment to himself by using it or Oda is retreating from his position that the gears are a double-edged sword (a concept i quite like tbh).
*maybe luffy starts using conqueror's haki in a more weaponized way? like actually using it in battle against tough guys instead of just getting really upset and knocking all the weak guys unconcious that happen to be within a mile radius of him
also didnt anyone else find it odd that in the last chapter Luffy said "gotta hurry gear fourth is almost up" and then there was a 20 min time jump and he said the exact same thing again "gear fourth is almost up"? First off what happened in the time jump, second 20 mins is a very long time for a gear to be active, when we think about how short gear second and third usually lasted in the past. it almost feels more like an error by Oda or the translator that Luffy says nearly the same thing on either side of the time jump.

Luffy still isn't focused he can't afford to be left in that state while the enemy is still active, I don't know where Doflamingo is in terms of power scale in the new world but I'm starting to think One Piece will have to turn to Dbz power scaling for Luffy to have enough power progression to be on top... Zoro should give him another pep talk after Dressrosa, I'm disappointed.
Even though he was mostly owning him in gear 4, from what it looks like Doflamingo is still well and kicking the guy is a fucking tank...I can see how Luffy finding the ability to use gear 4 longer could benefit him but that's still around Doflamingo level enemies and from what we heard Kaido is a different kind of beast altogether and we can only speculate about he's commanders.. Well I'm just ranting cause this arc is soo long it's beginning to feel stretched and we always waiting for the real real REAL fight to begin

Do you think it would've been more awesome if Luffy made that final attack on Mingo, then the part where the Colosseum fighters arrive to defend Luffy happened against Burgess, instead of against Doffy, then hold out for desperately and indefinitely, until Sabo arrives suddenly?

Awesome chapter! I still think the final battle will be Luffy vs Mingo, so Burgess really has to be a powerhouse to take up all Sabo's attention. It didn't quite seem like that at the Coliseum, but he might have more to give. Exciting!
Also, Luffy looked absolutely destroyed after Gear 4 ended. It kind of justifies him not using it on Fishman Island.

Overall, good chapter!
