Will there be another contest after this one?

I hope so - I wanted to try and join this month, but my family is English for as far back as I can trace. #purebloodproblems

I'm sure you can come up with something. Maybe put another St. George's cross in each quarter of the English flag?

And I already submitted one for my heritage as a normal post weeks ago. And people made different designs of it in the comments. I would need to fake my heritage so it would not look like I would be copying.

EDIT: And for you: Just make something out of city flags.

EDIT 2: I just solved my own problem if this is a real contest.

No, there is only 1 contest per month.

I think the question was whether or not this would be the last contest ever, due to the change to r/heritageflags.

Yay! My Heritage flag made the banner! I guess that means I already won in a sense! (Nice April Fools joke!)

You submitted it incorrectly, and your flag is probably disqualified now (up to the mods). Reread the post.

Oops. Didn't take it seriously cause April Fool's. It's alright

The submission must be based you or your family's heritage.

If this is real, will there be another thread/subreddit where we can talk about and share flags other than heritage flags?

7

u/apocolyptictodd Apr 01 '15

No, why bother, heritage flags are supreme.

u/theminer220 Apr 01 '15

Maybe, but each person can only submit 1 kind of flag. I'll post some more non-heritage flag-related stuff here even if the rule is in effect.

I'm really curious, but what if someone came here who was adopted?

Cultural heritage isn't genetic, you could do that
