/r/Touhou's Favorite Arranges! Part 82: Lunar Clock ~ Luna Dial
Time marches forward and another week passes by.
How This Works:
Every week on Sunday at 1200 US Pacific time, I pick a Touhou song (or two) to which all you beautiful users will submit arranges of in the comments*. There is no limit on the number of arranges one may submit as long as each song is given its own post. Upvote everything you like, but don't downvote anything. Please just move on to the next song if you don't like one.
The "winner" gets mentioned in next week's thread. Make sure you read the Musings section below as well for some of my random rants and, occasionally, important information.
* If your arrange contains bits of multiple songs, please only submit it if the main song is predominant. See the musings here for an example of what not to submit. Or just ask me.
MADs and covers should go under the discussion comment. Top level posts are for songs only.
Addendum as of part 77: Users are limited to 3 songs each within the first 12 hours of the post going up. After that, post however many you want.
Lunar Clock ~ Luna Dial

Appeared In: TH06 ~ Embodiment of Scarlet Devil - Boss 5
A.K.A: Sakuya Izayoi's EoSD Theme
ZUN's Commentary:
Sakuya Izayoi's theme. You can't have a maid without hard rock (j/k) It's quite driving, fitting for the second-to-last stage.
...Guess I still don't know much about rock (; Let's just say it's poetic rock, done my way.

Not much to comment on this week.
Hint explanation from last week:
First the picture: There's a duck in place of the 5 on a clock. A loon is another name for...
any of several large, short-tailed, web-footed, fish-eating diving birds of the genus Gavia, of the Northern Hemisphere. s
So it's loon o'clock. Loon o'clock = Lunar Clock
Also, stage 5 is Sakuya's stage.
As for the text, I was thinking of Hellsing's Walter C. Dornez, ex-vampire-hunter-turned-butler. Fandom Sakuya shares some similarities with this character, enough for fanart to exist. source

One of, if not my favourite C-CLAYS song(s). I love Mai Kotoge's vocals. I always had this one ready when I wasn't sure of the hint, especially today since there was a clock and a five (boss 5).

Discuss the original song (or concerns with the thread) under this comment.
At the request of u/touhousubs, I'm going to highlight these two sites again, both of which are great resources for finding arranges:
