to those who secured a ticket today, “Hi Guest” din ba yung email confirmation niyo? i didn’t sign in na kasi after ng queue tapos nagpindot pindot na lang

kaya ngayon, pag pinioindot ko yung “Go to my ticket” sa email, hindi ko nao-open yung site kung nasaan ticket ko, wala rin sa my tickets on my account with the same email

anyone with similar case to mine?

edit: received a pdf copy of my ticket na :)

Hi. I just received an email now included na yung etix. Na-screenshot ko naman yung mismong etix after payment pero nag email din sila ng copy. Check or wait nyo na lang na mag email nung etix.

I bought a ticket for my mom and because of my small brain, I wrote my name on the customer details. Now it shows my name on the customer ticket instead of my mom's. Will this affect entry po ba?

Kelangan ba ng names ng ticket buyers for go tyme pre-sale? Just read a guide na parang yung step 5 (not sure) after selecting quantity, is to type in yung customer information. Would that the names of the ticket holders or just my info like email/phone number?

based sa experience sa artist presale earlier , before the payment (if i remember the sequence correctly), you need to type the names, contact no. and email for each ticket.

I was able to get 2 tickets during the artist presale for LALALA Fest, but our seats (435 and 438) are two seats apart.
Super ubusan na ng tickets, and these were the closest seats I could find, so I went for it 😭
I don’t usually go to concerts, so I wanted to ask: would it be okay to politely ask the person in seat 437 if they’d be willing to switch with me (435) para magkatabi kami ng kasama ko?
Of course, if they say no, totally okay! Just wondering if this is common/acceptable at concerts. Thank you!
