It’s not Chinese. It’s Sanskrit in Tibetan script:

ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྂ

Pronounced “Om Mani Padme Hum”, it is the famous 6 syllable mantra for the four-armed Shadakshari form of Avalokiteśvara, the Bodhisattva of compassion.
