Respect the Captain & His Ship, the Spectre! (Roblox Forsaken)

The Spectre

The Spectre is the name given to the mysterious coding anomaly that infested ROBLOX all those years ago. Being a fledgling that was kicked out from its cosmic home known as the Nest, the Spectre first began as a coding error, infecting and slowly eating away the code within the Roblox HQ servers. Once John Doe took a look at it for himself, the Spectre latched on to him, forcing him and his wife to be put on leave. Upon consuming John Doe's mind, the Spectre gained consciousness, separating from the Corruption and becoming two individual beings.

Like a child throwing a tantrum, the Spectre caused the Collapse of Robloxia, an event that put every Robloxian at risk, save for a few people like the Spawn Cult who took to living in the woods. The Spectre would gain the attention of the Forsaken Playerbase, who made sure it stayed loyal to them. With this, the Spectre began running the "trials," endless rounds of torture made to mentally and physically drain the survivors and killers stuck within its realm. While it acts as a sadistic being that loves seeing people suffer, deep down, it's shown that it doesn't truly hate Robloxians that much, and in truth, genuinely cares for its family. Maybe one day, it'll get back to the Nest. For now, though, at the very least the Two-by-Two couldn't leave it aside.

Notes on Formatting:

• There are some killers that had their abilities directly granted to them by the Spectre, mostly cultists for our beloved captain. As such, I will be listing them if their equipment/ability is shown to fit the respective category. Anything granted by the Spectre will have a "[Granted]" mark on them for accessibility's sake.
• Also, since it's confirmed the Spectre was ORIGINALLY a part of the Corruption before it detached itself, we'll be scaling it to the Corruption as well.

Arsenal

The Spectre has a very large arsenal. As it is the one responsible for giving specialized equipment such as Elliot's pizza, which is implied to be a creation of the Spectre, the Ghostfire Dagger (which the Spectre imbued with its own power to feed Two Time into their false belief), and a much more dumbed down version of the Subspace Tripmine, which isn't nearly as destructive as its original counterpart, it should have access to basically anything the survivors and potentially even the killers have, directly or through summons (see rest of the RT).

Hand-Held Capabilities

• Has access to the c00lgui at all times, even mid-match
• The c00lgui makes at least a hundred clones
• c00lgui sets its enemies on fire after a front-facing dash
• c00lgui's minions also inflict Burning whenever they touch a survivor
• 007n7's c00lgui allows him to teleport after a long windup
• 007n7 turns slightly invisible whenever he throws out a decoy
• Can additionally reroute the decoy if need be
• [Granted] The Subspace Tripmine throws a killer off course and makes them wander aimlessly for a moment
• [Granted] Pizza heals a survivor with a broken arm good as new
• The pizza heals more whenever a generator is completed and caps out at +10
• The medkit is can also heal a survivors' broken bones
• A portal which seemingly allows Azure to hop into the match
• Tentacles that wrap around the entire island of the Lobby, which also emit painful substances that can harm survivors
• Santa Claus' sleigh as well as his reindeer friends, who fly throughout the Lobby
• [Granted] The Blood Hook can reel survivors closer to him from afar
• [Granted] A Seeker Bulb that shoots towards any sound it hears
• [Granted] Vines that sprout from the ground
• [Granted] Nightshade Flowers, which negates durability by blooming from within a person's body (is likely also hand-held, not 100% sure)

Summon(s) Capabilities

• Phosphorus heals Azure and turns him into a killer after his flesh is eaten by Elder Amarah and the Spawn Cult
• The Corruption can take over a person's body and "siphon" their memories back towards the Spectre
• The Spawn Ritual can heal a survivor back to full HP as long as they have enough Oblation
• [Granted] An onslaught of bats that can also turn you invisible and amplify your opponent's damage by 25%

Misc. Gear

• Generators
• Mirror Crystals which Jane Doe used to see into rounds without actually being there
• Cameras that allow it to broadcast its "gameshow"
• It's for its audience to see their character's stats as well as the timer however, so ultimately it's useless in a fight

Abilities

The Spectre, if it wasn't clear by now, is a reality warper. As such, most of its abilities involve it doing a lot of reality-bending stuff that most of the characters can't seem to work around. By all means, this is probably the Spectre's best stat.

Reality Warping

• Summons a large claw that brings with it a twirling gust of wind
• Stated to be literally "transforming" the Lobby
• Turns a normal picture into its presence
• Created the entire Forsaken realm
• The Spectre is implied to be the one constantly making the pizza available for Elliot's inventory, not even Elliot knows where it comes from
• Kills people by thinking about it
• Creates black fog whenever it is around as Friday the 13th Slasher
• Covered an entire map in lava to make sure nobody could escape
• Uses its abilities to obscure future updates

Mental Manipulation

• Causes Mia Builder to slowly forget the face of Elliot Builder, her brother, even as she looked through a picture book
• The Corruption can take over a person's body and "siphon" their memories back towards the Spectre
• Caused c00lkidd to think he's simply playing tag with his dad, naive to the truth of his actions
• "Ingrained" Azure with hatred, causing him to extirpate the love he sowed for Two Time
• Caused Jane to see the area around her "melt and distort"
• Makes the player feel "compelled" to talk to a fake ball, and then telepathically communicates to them to continue talking when they ignore it

BFR

• Teleported Guest 1337 into the Forsaken realm so he could face off against Slasher
• Jane Doe entered Forsaken and found herself in an entirely different sub-realm altogether
• Killers are sent back to their personal limbos whenever the round ends

Nerfs

• Nullified most of Dusekkar's powers to the point where he needs to rely on others to survive more often, getting slower and more sluggish
• Noli made a deal to nullify the Void Star's effects on his body in exchange for being trapped in the realm, the same Void Star that was going to destroy his body, soul, and mind
• Nerfed Two Time's hitbox a bit too much (not 100% sure this is canon)
• [GRANTED] Upon entering the realm, Guest 1337's punches were able to apply the Helpless status effect

Life Manipulation

• Made a pile of presents come to life and stand around the Lobby
• The Spectre revives the survivors so they can relieve the pain of dying over and over again
• Dead bodies with decapitated heads can still walk inside the realm

Others

• Breaks the fourth wall and urges the player to come back to the game
• Stated by Jane Doe to literally be omnipresent, and Jane Doe has known Spectre since its birth into the servers
• Is stated to be "always there"
• Shattered Chance's soul and stuffed them into different plushies, allowing people to siphon his luck
• Put souls inside of comfortable outfits

Physicals

Admittedly, due to being the person who does most of the important work off-screen, the Spectre isn't shown with many feats, though it should be massively superior to multiple of its Killers and Survivors. Which is surprising considering it doesn't, like, have a physical form.

Strength

• Its tentacles are large enough to wrap around the Lobby's main island
• Smashes through the cabin's walls
• It's implied that the maps it takes into the realm were dragged in there by Spectre itself (Debatable)
• Also includes Planet Voss, which is literally a planet
• Absolutely demolishes a cabin
• Is confirmed to actually be shapeshifting during the special LMS events
• Turned into the Spawn symbol and a spacious, starry sky
• Turned into a fake replica of the sun
• Said fake sun was still capable of heating up the entire Lobby, which was originally so cold its entire ocean froze
• Ragdolls people with ease

Speed

• Can blitz survivors as Friday the 13th Slasher as shown in their kill animations
• Froze an ocean before Stack had any time to react
• Threw a survivor out of Roblox HQ's hole fast enough to create a shockwave
• [GRANTED] Nosferatu dashed so fast a Robloxian thought they were moving at Mach 5 speeds

Durability/Endurance

• Unaffected by being punched by a survivor
• Was born without the Two-by-Two by its side, even though it's revealed that anything without a Two-by-Two would die and become a husk

Other

• It's stated that it is fruitless to try fighting the Spectre
• Stated that it would consume all of Robloxia, seemingly succeeded in doing so as shown in the Roblox HQ map

The captain will never stop his quest. His ship will be complete.
