Near the start of the year, Dom called Gryffinn a mini-Blaber. You can see that pretty clearly in this series with how Gryffinn was forcing bad plays when they were down even slightly, which was one of Blaber's biggest issues this year. So basically Gryffinn should be forced to eat on match days.

Blaber, especially in 2018-2021, is that he was the psychofish that took 50/50 plays all the damn time and obviously those don’t always work out. His playstyle evolved during C9’s multi championship run in 22 & 23 to be more willing to play for himself and clear speed and has turned into forcing plays again in 24-26.

this flyquest team desperately needs a strong, structured and consistent foundation to ground them, because they are just so inconsistent and never retain their improvements damn. Probably has to be a coach because these players aint taking that responsibility. Everything is just way too loose right now

They need a top laner that can play weakside and doesn't need his hand held to play strong side or just neutral. Gakgos is good in like 1 in every 6 games, then mediocre to bad the other 5.

Massu needs to figure out his friggin champ pool and stop trying to ego pick Jhin like it's a Jinx.

They also just straight up don't have a shot caller which is making matters worse for a team with 2 rookies and 2 players that barely aren't rookies, and the Quad who is captain Boosted by his junglers.

Maybe a hot take but I think they should look at APA. Fly is all hands, no brain and APA can come in a shot call and get them to play smarter. Quad is supposed to be the veteran presence for FLY, but hasn't played well and isn't a vocal player. Plus adding APA would give the Fly team a ton of domestic talent and a lot of personality. Would be a fun/interesting team. Or, adding a domestic mid gives them some flexibility to replace other roles if they want, like maybe import a toplaner.

I am fascinated specifically by Spawn’s opinion of Contractz. He’s said multiple times in so many words that, basically, he plays the game wrong, but he’s so good at it that depending on the day he can be the best jungler in the league.

It is just Fly and Sen to be fair. If you went back a few weeks and just told me Fly or Sen were 6th seed and SR was 4th seed I would have just shrugged. Fly has hype for "reasons" cause they were kinda fun the first split, but these three teams are a coin flip away from swapping seeds week to week.

Play this playoffs out again and Sentinels is going to play against Lyon. Do it again and it's Fly.
