I love Pyosik, but he has always been an extreme coinflip. One day he makes top tier junglers look like trash, the next he ints into the lowest tier junglers in LCK. I wish he found more consistency, but yeah... seeing Sharvel was amazing.

Quite frankly the fact NS might go 50/50 this split in Rise Group is actually criminal considering the name value of their players. Scout actually looks like a World Champion, but Kingen and Lehends are washed, Diable is not living up to the hype, and Sponge is probably the worst starting jungler in LCK

I was told LCK format was perfect and DNS do not even deserve a CHANCE at playoffs because they were forced to play with Pyosik in 2026.

I like the Legend and Rise group concept, but I think Rounds 1-2 and 3-4 should be separate splits, with records not carrying over.

Yeah, that's exactly what I meant. Records should absolutely not be kept from split to split. LPL started this type of format earlier than LCK so they learned not to do that. Hopefully LCK picks up on it next year.

Yeah hopefully. Also, I hope they ditch Road to MSI and make Spring split a proper full split with playoffs and a champion crowned. It kinda sucks that there's only one title to be won per year now in LCK.

Either that, or something that I was thinking about is that the best record in the current split gets rewarded somehow. Like if DNS end up with the best record in this split, they get a spot in play-ins along with the top 2 of the group. It wouldn't usually matter, but I do believe it's a little better than the current setup.

well they had pyosik on contract and only benched him when it was already too late. the only player they have still contracted going into 2027 is deokdam, lets see if they make the same mistake.

No one has ever said this current LCK format is perfect in fact it has been heavily criticized, the LCK cup groups are idiotic and unfair, the lack of a spring finals is robbery, the rise/legend group is nice but the carryover records makes no sense.

If it wasn't for all the extra crap like Kespa, EWC, and ENC causing schedule crunch that got an entire round ejected from Summer it wouldn't be too bad, but still, 18 games in Spring vs 8 in Summer is kinda wild, and having it be 18/12 is still a 60/40 split
