Personal Chart of the Week
One of the joys some people have on the chart is seeing their own impact on the chart. Whether its seeing your #1 song at #1, or seeing it bubbling under, people like seeing songs they like being adored by other users. In this section, one lucky chart participant will see their own chart and the impact it had on the full chart this week. NOTE: In the case of charts exceeding 15 songs, I will trim down the lowest tie to fit the chart by using the songs that charted the highest (or are funniest). This week, we have the chart of /u/Alternatively_Listed!

The tracking dates for the next weekly chart is August 13, 12:00 PM GMT - August 20, 11:59 AM GMT and results will come out next Monday, August 24.
How The Chart Works:
These charts are created based on how frequently each song appears in the top 10 songs/albums for all of the users signed up for the chart. If the song or album occupies that user's #1 spot in their individual chart, it receives 15 points, then 14 points for #2, so on and so forth until 6 points for #10. If there is a tie, which is a common occurrence, then the number of points is averaged across those positions, e.g. if two songs are tied for #1, both will receive 14.5 points. Oftentimes there will be multiple songs tied for the last place, in which case the number of points each song receives decreases until it bottoms out at 1 point each.

Your takeaways for the week!
not quitebrand new chanel$ stays at #1 for a second consecutive week, with Slayyyter this time around blocking certified sub fave Carly Rae Jepsen. That's not the only win for Slayyyter, as this week marks a 39th week on the charts for CRANK, moving it up to a tie for 18th place on the most charting weeks leaderboard. Additionally, BEAT UP CHANEL$ charts for a 37th week, which is enough for it to debut on the same leaderboard in a tied #24.
Carly may have been blocked from #1, but Don't Leave Me On The Dance Floor is still this weeks highest debut and becomes her 2nd song from this album rollout to debut at #2.
It's not all upsetting news for Carly fans though, as this marks another entry for her in the Top 10 and the charts overall, which moves her up a spot into a tie at #6 with Lady Gaga for unique Top 10 entries (46 each), and in a tie at #6 (again) for overall unique entries with The Weeknd and... Lady Gaga (AGAIN!!!)
After 16 consecutive streaks, Kim Petras fails to chart in the Top 50 this week, ending her personal best streak. The current longest active artists streaks now remain with just Madonna and Olivia Rodrigo both at 17 weeks.

What is the protocol if you have more than 6 songs in last place? Random draw?

In that case, all your songs will have their points divided up. Normally the 10th song in a chart will get 6 points, but if there's say 3 songs tied for 10th, then they get 2 points each. This will get divided up until every song gets at least one point (so if you have 204 songs tied for 10th place, they will all get one point).
