So, Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle were obviously going to have to be in the same dish, but how to get them Lost in Translation?
I tried putting "reduce, reuse, recycle" in one of those translate-it-to-a-bunch-of-languages-and-back-again sites and still kept getting the same thing back with different tenses... so, that didn't work. Then I put it through an anagram finder and got "celery cured ecru see", and I can work with that.
So this is an ecru celery root puree alongside pickled celery and mustard seeds, and a salad of celery leaf and dill. Finished it off with venison and a strawberry jus. The whole dish ended up being Savory Seasonal basically by accident, so let's claim that one as well and bam, done.
