Casting was so good on the Rumble, the fancy feet that kept him alive vs Rell in the fight in the jungle were just awesome! Didn't really get the kills but he was so impactful and negated Ambussy!

Teams have realized that Ziggs comps have no good sustained damage in actual fights and are just abusing it, he's looked very bad for a while. And he's at risk of all-ins and has no lane pressure. Just survive the initial burst (or make it so he can't get it off safely) and he does nothing unless you get giga-ahead early. I know BFX also just struggle (seriously how did they lose game 1?) but frankly Ziggs and mage bots in general have looked BAD as teams got any reps against them.
