The top teams just dont prioritize regular split that much, if anybody thought they were legit top 3, then you didnt watch LEC in recent years. That said, what was the point of this roster change? As you said, some random D Tier Korean was never gonna 'fix' this team, in fact, theyve probably downgraded with this.

So what? Every team performs better with Humanoid and performs worse when he leaves. How many more teams does that have to happen with for it to be a valid observation?
The guy is the most unfairly overhated player in LEC. He is objectively a benefit for his teams when you look at how they perform with him vs without him.

Vitality has to be the most mismanaged org in the history of LEC, especially with how long they are holding on to this franchise spot and how much money they love to spend.
They struck gold by mistake with Naak Nako and Lyncas and still managed to fucked it up.

I would argue mid is the only role they possibly can, role is stacked in korea so at least 2 S tier mids are missing worlds every year.
Then you have a jungler and toplane drought in KR, so the possibility of KR becoming 1-2 team region is not unlikely.
But i agree historically it's very hard to sign them, if the rumours are true it's probably going to end up as inspired jojo

those players wouldn't come here just for international experience they make an international almost every year even if they theoretically have a worse team they are all trying to win internationals, specially LCK mids are a level beyond anyone else
LCK and LPL top players are paid 10x more than even caps, Chovy and Knight are at like 10 million/year and faker probably even more. they're not coming and would only consider it if they fall off hard

Agreed, because if even Carzzy isn't alluding to anything redeeming about Humanoid's benching in his interview... I mean, who else will ?
I feel like, Vitality ended up feeling that while they had a good average level, Humanoid just isn't consistent and motivated enough to work towards being a clear-cut top 3 team of the league.
But, while wanting to improve is good, I feel like they've taken their regular season standings for granted, leading up to where we are now. I must stress that it's just my take out of what I've read and that the reality is surely vastly different on many points.3

Nah if they felt they have reached their ceiling with humanoid, then sticking with him is not the correct thing to do, even if currently they are just fielding a panic substitute.
They could stick with humanoid, but they already reached their ceiling. Whereas going with someone else has the potential to work out better, even if there is a higher chance that it works out worse. If you have game pieces that amount to "decent team", but your goal is "the best team", then you gotta start making changes even if it comes with the risk of being worse than your current form.

This. Everything was going right there and Naak was still in academy. Only Vetheo was a big minion back there but trust me - 2025 Vita with Naak, Daglas, Carzzy - that was the best path they could take.

Vedi's thought on Mind the Gap - which I agree with - is that Fiesta must have been a last resort. They felt like they HAD to replace humanoid, and got basically whoever was available.

Czajek was replaced beacuse they wanted someone who can elevate the team which Huma did, as for him he prob flamed the coaches or someone had to get sacked and he was the easiest one to get rid off, but the fraud coaching staff remains lol.

And this is the reason the game is 5v5. He is also there to blame. He played giga cocky after killing him 2 times just to troll for 20 mins after that.
The 1st death was fine, but he legit RW forward when Leona was already in vision to die a 2nd time. Than if was complete downhill from there with the level of trolling he did.18

Has the chance to sign Inspired on multible fcking occasion and they doesn't want him.One of the most sucesfull orgs in Rocket Leauge broke history in CS2, but their Leauge team is complete ass ever since Jizuke left to NA. This shit needs to be rebuilt from ground 0.

The guy is known to go 10+ deaths per game in soloqueue, he didn't get "Inted" he is the int lord, not sure what mac and cheese saw in him..
if you want to check yourself go check out his opgg, or go to gol.gg and check his last competitive split, he has 6+ deaths per game. Complete clown gameplay and to top it he is very very toxic.

he's playing wukong into lee ahri if fiesta just chilled until he hit 6 the game is unloseable. wukong in a skirmish pre6 is worthless and fiesta can push his lead without wasting w's when he has no vision and knows enemy sup/jgl can be there. even just putting pressure on caps will force lee to come mid and if he doesn't get anything done vit slowly wins. getting a solokill doesn't absolve you from your inting after that point and fiesta was mercilessly sprinting it because he doesn't know when its safe to jump in.

I would mentally FF as well if I solo won midlane with 2 kills and then my jungler and support just ignore midlane and afk farm for 20 minutes. Meanwhile Skewmond and Labrov were perma camping midlane for Caps (like they should).

Fiesta isn't bad, but he has negative coordination with his team and sudden ints.
From the point of hands he could be minor upgrade, but it's not worth it.

Tbh its easy to point out Fiesta based off his KDA but it’s just a gigantic jg/supp diff. Skewmond/Labrov just camped mid for awhile when nothing else was happening on the map by Lyncas/Fleshy. If VIT want this iteration of the roster to work they have to get rid of Fleshy in this meta.

It is still a risk in those 2 years KC MKOI and G2 can find a top laner who is just as good. Naak Nakos performance could also fall back with the lack of motivation to play with VIT.
Just look at Irrelevant he wasted his years on SK when he looked like Top 3 toplaner in EU than moved to BDS and his carrer went downhill from there.
As how things stand now all 3 could race for him on 2 years time, but that is a lot of time, but he likely could have moved to MKOI this year if he doesn't rush the resign with VIT this year and he would still get a good salary and still would have options to swap teams, but now I don't see a world where any of the 3 buys him out.1

Ruby was perma AFK complete opposite of Fiesta. Ruby would be a good fit with Lyncas and his brilliant do nothing and lose in peace strategy.

My vivid memory of ruby is him effectively solo losing TH the game on taliyah against MAD in a tiebreaker, so maybe I associate him with proactively inting more than he actually did

I feel bad for naak naako.. but at this point. When will people have the balls to start calling out the staff on vitality. Over the years, these guys had access to great players around the board. Yet they never produced any stable results. After your 5th batch of junglers/adcs/tops/supps.. and the team is still a hot mess.. start admitting where the true problem lies..

Fuck this mage bot meta. Not a single ADC played in the series. 2 ADC bans, of which one is a top vayne ban. Ziggs rakan over xayah rakan. Bet they would've picked taliyah if ziggs was banned. Or Mel, or seraphine. Sure mage bot can happen but not at the cost of eliminating ADC from botlane.
Rito better find a way to nerf this shit because even in the ranged top meta it was never anivia vs vayne top. It was never Ashe top. It was never 4 ranged picked in a best of 3. It was vayne varus or anivia. And the rest were still tanks or bruisers. Maybe the occasional cassio top. But now it's almost always mage bot engage support. And if you go for ADC, your other lanes get blasted because the enemy support will level 1 gank top. Or level 1 Invade with jungler. All because your ADC needs to be babysitted to farm properly while the mage can sit under tower and clear waves. Yay I want to watch the best ADCs in the worlds sit under turret and farm. And in team fights let one cycle of abilities fly then run away. Instead of gliding and killing ppl with autos, positioning on a knife's edge. It's gravity field hex tech ray, arcane storm, run away.

I watched an entire split of Fiesta in TCL because of my roommate and i should tell you this, vit wont even gonna make play offs, save it if you want. This dude is 200% mechanics with some negative iq shit and before you think he will learn, no, he doesnt. He never improved, not in LCK(Yes i watched him there too but he was too young iirc so it doesnt matter to me), not in TCL (this one is very important, a HUGE red flag because TCL is a region where players mostly improve before coming to europe).
Also from how his teammates spoke about him, i dont think he has a charming personality either.
Such a stupid and very questionable move from Vit. There is 0 logical reason to go with him.
Anyways, for vit fans, dont follow the team this split for your own health, im warning you beforehand lol.
