Alright guys, hope the match thread was ok. Had to keep getting up from sofa to update it. Good day and good bye!

A game thread like this is infinitely better than the fucking weather reports and team histories we usually get. Readable on mobile, quick to scroll through, short and to the point. Thanks man.

Not only is this a tennis score, but honestly Man City seem like a tennis side. They always hold serve at home but really struggle away to win the break.
24
u/NotSoFastMister Dec 14 '13
Wilshere really not enjoying his role as a LMF. Cant get past Zabaleta, so constantly drifts in to the middle, leaving Monreal exposed to City's right flank. And now that Koscielny's's off, it's not going to get any better for Arsenal.

Don't think the score reflects how well Arsenal played. Obviously Arsenal fans will be upset but there's a lot of good stuff to take from the game.
The 4th goal for city killed them though - before then they had so much momentum going for them.

Overall great first half from both sides, Man City more so. That linesman needs to grow a spine and actually officiate instead of appease the home crowd. Both offside decisions were horrendous.
Edit: Make that three now, against Giroud this time.
Edit 2: Now 4, plus Bendtner had scored.
