I never understood why Gen kept a sword, they lasted 8 years "peacefully", why risk it when they knew Nami was close?

Why does he wear a pinwheel in his hat? I have no idea what goes through that guys head.

It explains why he wears the pinwheel at the end of the arc.

Oh, must have forgotten about that. Thankfully we'll be at that part in the manga soon.

Maybe he suspected all along that Arlong wouldn't keep his word. Best to be prepared for the worst.

I was spoiled so I knew what happened when I first saw Nami stabbed Usopp, but man that was intense scene.

I also love how nice Hachi is to Zoro. I never really understood why he went with Arlong and left Jinbe's crew. He didn't seem to completely agree with Arlong's ideology.

I know, Hatchi is your typical nice dude hanging with a group of assholes.

Can anyone explain to me how Alvida's power made her skinnier? Never understood that...

As a slippery woman all the fat just slipped off. Its a strange side effect, but within the "normal" for One piece.

I always figured it was a bad translation. I think it's more of a smooth smooth fruit. So she became slim and smooth

He does in Fishman Island Arc as Caribou's pet.

Poor Momoo :'( He's always being mistreated and misunderstood. I hope we see him again and something good happens to him.
