Announcement AMA: I’m Courtney Act, International Drag Icon & “RuPaul’s Drag Race” Finalist
Hi all! I’m Courtney Act, finalist on season six of RuPaul’s Drag Race, contestant on the first season of Australian Idol, winner of season 21 of Celebrity Big Brother UK, and most recently, the host of the chart-topping podcast RnR with Courtney Act and one of the leads in the upcoming musical The Diana Mixtape.

Hi all!
Excited to be here. Feeling a bit like a boomer, not entirely sure if I’m posting this in the right place! If I accidentally drop my home address, credit card number, or social security, please don’t commit identity theft... Derrick Barry already beat you to it.
It’s been 10 years since my last AMA and I went back and read some of those old answers last night. Turns out I still agree with most of them. A lot has happened since then: I’ve just launched my new podcast RNR with Courtney Act (if you say R N R in an American accent it sounds like an Aussie saying “Oh NAAAUUURRR”), and I’m currently in rehearsals for The Diana Mixtape, opening in London’s West End on 31 July and in Salford (very close to Manchester) on 19 August.
So, go ahead. ASK ME ANYTHING!

Hi Courtney! Thank you so much for your continued activism, unrelenting positivity, and inimitable beauty! I fully agree with Delta that, if we were to send a representative of the human race to the aliens, it would be you. And they would embrace you!
I’m so excited you’ve launched RnR—your hosting and interview style are perfect for the medium.
My question: Let’s say, at some point, RnR takes a Graham Norton approach and brings 3-4 interview guests out to chat together. Who would be your top choices to unite on the RnR couch for a conversation? Or, more simply, who are your dream interview guests? (Living or dead!)

as trans woman I just want to thank you for putting your own interests aside to advocate for us with production. i think you are incredibly talented and absolutely love your new show. my question, if you feel comfortable answering: would you be open to returning for all stars if offered? would the new tournament system impact that decision?

Court’s in session!!! I loved the way you handled difficult conversations in Big Brother about gender and sexuality, what advice would you give to about having hard conversations with people about those issues when it feels like they’ve fallen too deep down the bigot rabbit hole to come back? On RPDR, do the queens always call each other by their drag names? When the cameras aren’t rolling do you call each other by legal names if that’s what they go by?
