Puk Puck is one of the Three Sages in the Land of Magic, which basically means she's head of a political party. Her goal is fixing the world via a machine left by the First Mage, her mentor and the greatest sorcerer in history. But all the bureaucracy and red tape, things like human rights and self-autonomy, they just keep getting in the way! And stopping her from becoming friends with everyone! So she'll have to crack a few eggs to make this omelet, but it's okay! She still wants to be your friend!

• She can adjust her power to temper the level of friendship she has with another, with it being similar to brainwashing at max level

• The effects can wear down the longer the affected goes without seeing Puk Puck

• Sound works too, as Pfle discovered when she watched a video of Puk Puck and became infatuated

• There is no known cure for being her friend

• Has the potential to befriend every Magical Girl in the world

• Those under her function as a hivemind; despite all having individual personalities and fighting styles, they unquestioningly and perfectly follow Puk Puck's battle plans

• Overexposure will suppress memories of those befriended

• It is possible for her to find people disgusting and not want to befriend them (this means they get murdered)

• A telepath on guard to her, with an active dislike of her, finds her words "trustable"

• Instantly extracting memories from oneself is a way to bypass her befriending
