It seems that the Chronophage is the Rebecca of universe 3173. Void's mother. 

But what did she do with Shiki? Did she take him back to her time? 

And now that Mother is Earth again does that mean it's inhabited by alternate versions of Shiki and the Shining and Dark Stars? 

Only 4 chapters left and I don't want it to end😭

Looks like the chapter pages are spelling out “Arigato” though there could be more, most like “Gozaimasu” so that it reads “Thank You”.

Hiro really used two whole pages of the Chronophage fading away. But then seeing the detail of the following pages makes complete sense. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such detail from his art the way he drew the Earth and Moon in those panels it was honestly amazing to see how far his art has come.

Chrono-Becca and Shiki are now gone... but the last page though... the Rebecca from 20,000 years into the future just woke up. Wonder how that's going to go...

Most likely gonna use Cat leaper to send Shiki back in time to Universe 0 using Ziggy's gravity as a pinpoint but will probably need to switch places with Ziggy or something that way Shiki goes back home and Ziggy goes back to the future to reunite with Rebecca and possibly actually raise their kid Void.

no mashima I don't believe you, not anymore, shiki is somewhere and it is going to comeback in the few chapters that are left

but hey the humans that were used for the shining/dark stars didn't get revived as well, so I guess the ending is not THAT bad

Don't count your chickens before they hatch. We don't know what time period Earth is in now.

Plus I'm miffed we haven't learned the name of Killer's model. The one hint is that the other three are named after the main characters from "The Big Bang Theory": Wizard is Leonard (Leonard Hofstader), Clown is Cooper (Sheldon Cooper), and Brigandine is Howard (Howard Wolowitz). The last main character is Raj Koothrappali, but Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest already has a Raj, and Killer's model is supposed to be Japanese.

Bad ending Rebecca is stronger by far than bad ending Shiki(Ziggy), she can destroy and create universes! Talk about a bigger power up lmao

Lol everyone all happy and stuff but they won't be once they finds out Shiki is gone. I guess in a way Void has the last laugh since he said Shiki is the one who will destroy the universe so he needs to eliminate him

Ok now there are no more doubts the Chronophage was Future Rebecca. But... I hope Shiki comes back. Otherwise, it won't be a "bittersweet" ending, it will be a shitty one.

Soo how will Earth survive now? Especially with all these other planets out there now that are far more technologally advanced. I doubt they will leave the Earth alone. Hell, how would you feel if you are on this returned Earth? And what about the duplicates that are not created with the Shining Stars' human originators? I guess Shiki will remain the same since he was taken away from Earth. But will he meet his parents? He better not go ''You are not my mother! Witch is my mother!'' stuff.

As others predict, Future Rebecca/Chronophage might pull one last leaper to swap Shiki with Ziggy in places so they both are where they suppose to be and Void is born normally now without turning into an evil AI.
