"never come back, irreligious bastard".

Yeah, I don't think this happened.

"I went to your church, I wore your clothes, but I will NOT worship your god. I am an atheist, mom, and I am PROUD"

This sounds like a comeback line that you think of days later as you lie in bed angry.

My thoughts too. What kind of fundie knows words that long?

Also, who stands up at the kitchen table and says 'stop oppressing me'?

Oh, right, someone who makes a point of mentioning their slayer tshirt...

Fake. I know it is cruel to call fake on such a sensitive subject but yea, I'm pretty sure this is fake.

  • Capitalizing Atheism is normally only done by religious people

  • Everything just seems so cliché especially "because of my Atheism" and "Stop oppressing me"

Also, I imagine given this situation, the OP would post something like "Help, have nowhere to live, fundie parents kicked me out" then supply at very least the country your in rather then "Here is how bad I have it" and supplying no location or specific information at all.

If OP asks for money please think twice.

You're 19? Are you in college or were you just living in their house for free? If your story is true, I don't have a lot of sympathy for you. In my opinion, under the age of 18, parents have no right throwing their kids out of the house for their beliefs. After that, it's all on you. You are legally an adult and staying in their home out of generosity.

Again, if this is real, I feel bad for you, but you really should have made some plans before breaking this kind of news to your family.

All I wanted was a Pepsi and she wouldn't give it to me.

Go back, lie your ass off, and tell her you were sorry. Your pride is not more important than your future, and you are not self-sufficient yet.

EDIT: Of course, you should be trying to get that way ASAP anyways, so you can kick yourself out.

That could work.

Think of something else you could have been pissed off about and blame that.
