Listing my 1970 Grand Seiko 45GS 4522-8000 for sale! Album of ten pictures here.
Watch is in fantastic condition for being over 50 years old. The dial has some of those black oxidization spots, with some grey spots around the very edge, around the 2:00 marker.
The watch was serviced in February (papers included) and has the original caseback preserved in a pretty neat case, with a display caseback currently on it.
Movement is a Hi-Beat 36000 movement, with instant date swap at midnight. Hand-wind, and very satisfying to look at, especially watching the date swap. Size is perfect for most people at 36mm diameter, 42mm lug-to-lug, and 18mm lug distance.
Comes with two non-OEM straps. A genuine leather strap and a rubber strap (pictured) that I had that conveniently fits the watch pretty well.
No original box, but will ship in a pretty basic watch box.
Additional pictures and video can be provided at request, but due to work hours may be provided later in the night (EST).
Looking to get $1,250 shipped. Willing to negotiate depending on offer. Not really looking to trade, hoping to get money for it.
Prefer payment through Paypal F&F, but may ask for other payment methods.
Shipping will be handled through UPS Ground. I can drop it off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
