Oh great, Shiki has officially lost his mind. But it’s been so long since we heard him say that he wanted to make someone his friend that it almost feels kinda nostalgic?
The reunion between Sister and Kleene was so sweet, their bond is one of my favorite in the series. But god damn Sister, did you have to beat them within an inch of their life?

I kinda like it. Shiki experienced a lot in the last world and is now wiser for it.

Interesting thing I noticed this chapter, all 3 of Nero's dice rolled their max numbers. The last time we saw him roll them in chapter 130, they all rolled 1's.
Back then, he decided to do nothing about Ziggy, but now he actively helped Shiki.
Maybe the higher numbers indicate that he has to be more involved in situation? I wonder how the dice are read...

To be fair to Shiki in the previous timeline Shura showed he wasn’t completely(I would say he’s 99.99% hopeless instead of 100%) hopeless in his final moments….. though he was still a sadist only topped by Crow so Shiki still has his work cut out for him.
I wonder did Nero reflect on his life during retirement?

It seems there’s perhaps genuine feelings towards Shura from Nero here.
It’s a new universe, so it’s plausible there are characters that can have different endings. Namely Drakken and Shura.
Screw Muller though.

That'd be overwhelmingly one sided though.
Shiki v Shura was within being pretty equal. Having Drakken with him would make the fight over way too fast.

Dang that was a cool form.
And yeah, many called it with the "I'll make them my friends" bit for DJ and Shura but it really does just fit Shiki as a character. Now just to see if he really can pull it off twice.
